    材料(大约制作24个点心) ingredients (for about 24 pieces):
    油皮 pastry dough:
    面粉 all purpose flour 300g
    食用油 vegetable oil 65g
    砂糖 sugar 60g
    水 water 160g
    油酥 shortbread dough:
    低筋面粉 cake flour 180g
    食用油 vegetable oil 60g
    黄油 butter 25g 融化
    内馅 fillings:
    枣泥 date paste 240g

    or use anything other flavors of fillings
    步骤
    1. 分别和面好之后,分小份,油皮20g一份,油酥12g一份,馅大约18g一份
    2. 一份油皮包裹一份油酥,压扁擀长卷起来,松弛20分钟
    3. 再次压扁擀长卷起来,松弛20分钟
    4. 用一份皮包一份馅,整形成树叶造型
    5. 预热好的烤箱350ºF(177 ºC) 烤30分钟。如果中途颜色开始变深,可以盖一张锡箔纸
    steps

    5. in a pre-heated oven, bake at 350ºF(177 ºC) for 30 minutes. cover with foil half way to avoid color from getting too dark
