Not as low budget as a lot of these short dramas. You can tell by the settings/backgrounds and costumes. Pretty good story with not too much nonsense. Of course plenty of plot holes and the ending could have been a bit better like…. She could have become the regent/queen as he slowly and painfully died of poison as opposed to SPOILER!!!! Her slicing his throat bc now, how will she explain his death? Ultimately her goal is achieved and it’s great but personally as an audience it would have been so much better had she gone on living/rule the country, clear and rebuilding her family name.
I know this FL acting always TOP NOTCH, ML acting not good he have no emotion his eye never speaks, FL so much in pain but she revenge on the track never look back or pity the scumbag, not fair scumbag in pain at the last minute only

With the only way to seek justice is to allow yourself to be harmed or let go & find peace & let God, The Universe, whatever higher power you ascribe to take care of balancing the scale of justice and handling the fate souls and minds of others...I know from experience life is not fair, it comes with choices, If she the FL had just chosen to forgive & go live the best life she could helping the people of her nation through medicine or her other skills she would not have had to go this route. Her revenge would have been a life well lived. This would have made it so the emperor and all who wronged her family slowly came to ruin through their own bad choices & karma (not as fulfilling a drama but a better choice in the long run for a persons life and soul.) Getting revenge /justice this way may have taken longer to achieve & may not have been as spectacular a revenge from some perspectives but a life lived with joy after facing extreme adversity is a better revenge then bloody revenge because it adds positivity instead of more negativity and revenge to the world and it collective history and karma & to a persons own sense of self worth love and inner peace....Sorry for the soapbox speech but it is truth that is hard to accept. The purpose of dramas is to entertain and educate This drama does this and your comment hopefully will have someone looking to see if they are making the right decisions in their own life... is revenge that hurts others and yourself a good choice ?...I hope people discover happiness love and contentment are a better option than violence and pain...that looking for good in a situation even if the situation is bad, evil, or hurtful, is a better option then negativity...off my soapbox I go enjoy your day
