I am proud of you bro, I came from Louisiana not far from FL and can relate to every point you made. Been here about 2 yrs total for Hijra also inshAllah can meet you some day. Make sure to travel around the country there are alot of amazing places to see outside Cairo. Siwa, Hurghada and you can add Luxor, Aswan also must see. The first two are my favorites till now and been to many places myself.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, this is my favorite youtube channel. I just want to express my gratitude for the inspiring content. Alhamdulillah.. truly motivating me to take a step in the direction of making Hijrah to Egypt. May Allah (SWT) reward you all for the beneficial reminders and guidance you share, and may He make this journey a means of drawing closer to Him. Please keep me in your du'as as I take this step, and may we all be blessed to grow in knowledge and practice of this beautiful deen. Jazakum Allahu Khairan
What a beautiful story ❤. This is so inspiring to me, as I heavily aspire to make hijrah (striving for UAE). May Allah bless the brother and everyone at MakeHijrah. May Allah make it easy for us for those who aspire to make hijrah there.
There are good and bad places everywhere. A good place in UAE is Sharjah, for example. Doha (Qatar) is more relaxed place then Dubai, Oman is upcoming etc. I want to start in sha Allaah in Medina.
Masha'Allah Brother Yusuf, I did the exact same thing in 2011 , I was also 23 at that time and went with only a backpack , no money or connections. In that moment my intentions was not the same though , I was on the run from the law in Sweden. Allah took care of me and set me up with the best people and Alhamdulilah I am Muslim and married to a Egyptian and have 2 children. We are living in Europe now but going back to Egypt in the next couple of months to make real Hijrah Insha'Allah. My name is also Yusuf btw.
Assalaamu wa alaykum wa rahmatullah, I laughed so hard on the part about crossing the street. You feel like a chicken crossing the road. I have been there too many times and still doing it in Saudi. I am so very happy for you, Yusuf. Home is where you find your peace. I will be looking out for your work.
Assalaamu Alaykum brother. May Allah swt always guide you and make things easy for you. Aallahumma Aameen. Where in Egypt did you move to? Insha'Allah this is my goal too but at 61 and alone I feel it would be better if I am able to live around people who would understand my situation and be there to help out. May Allah bless your union and give you children who will be a source of comfort for you. Jazak Allah khayran and would appreciate your input.
Masha'Allaah, may Allaah keep you steadfast and accept this hijrah from you brother! Which town do you live in? Some places are better in terms of religion than others. Even in Cairo many differences, depending on the town
@@daprince001x5 Salam al Akom my brother The struggle for freedom continues here and even though their is a Genocide in Gaza I live in Jerusalem fourtunitly me and my wife and kids are well El hamid la Allah.
it bafles e as an egyptian that there is a lot of Americans try to move to egypt while most of us here in egypt try to move to the US or a western country I guess it is good u still have ur us citizenship just in case
Sadly you know very little about life in the United States. Check out all the RUclips videos about Americans leaving their country. And many people in your country are obsessed with material possessions. If you have a house and enough food to eat and a peaceful atmosphere stay in your country rather than seeking fitnah in the west. It's amazing people in Gaza are sticking to their land in hellish circumstances but Egyptians want to flee on boats to Europe.
Assalaamu Aleikum brother, my name is Yusuf I am from South-Africa. I would humbly accept any advice on how to study in Egypt Arabic & Quran, I'd Really appreciate it! (MY STORY) I am a revert. Alhamdulillah Allah guided me to take my shahadah on the 4 of march 2023. Long story short around 6 months after reverting I found out that you can study the Deen. So I have been doing my research going to my local masjid to learn how to read Quran. Alhamdulillah I got into a small Madrassa In Cape-Town and finished the year 2024 there doing Hifz. My main goal is to study Arabic & Quran and doing that in Egypt, Saudi or in any Middle-Eastern country. Cause studying 'Ilm abroad Always intrigued me a lot. Especially watching videos like this. I hope this message finds you well brother, and may Allah make it easy for you and your Family Ameen Peace be upon you Yusuf
Another countries you can go are Saudi Arabia Qatar Oman Bosnia Algeria Indonesia Brunei Malaysia Somalia which now getting better and better Gambia Chechnya Kuwait Pakustan Senegal and Turkya but go inland or north east and avoid west For me egypt come last
People have reasons for moving to different countries. In most Middle Eastern countries it is difficult to learn Arabic. So depending on why one wants to make Hijrah will determine the country they move to. Yes Egypt has its challenges but if you look past them and live like the locals I think its doable. Aameen
Going to Algeria is like going to NK, Chechnya is under a christian autocracy, other countries you mentioned either is almost impossible to get the citizenship or are so poor I doubt you can bear, people from there escape desperately. Turkey can be a good alternative, in fact Omar Sherrer lives there, in Konya if I'm not mistaken
Do not recommend Egypt for many reasons Marocco is the best in All aspects Cleaness pollution food quality diversity weather location culture cuisine Infrastructures transportation quality security law and of course the religion. Morocco better than Egypt in all aspects
!!!! That's a very weird question for me. First, the majority of Egyptians are not ethnically Arabs. Second, Egyptians don't really care about ethinticities . Most Egyptians are fine with that. Few will be cautious of legal and raciest things because in some cases courts in Europian countries would say the children are safer in Europe and racially keep the children away from their Egyptian parent but of course not all Egyptians have those fears and it depends on the country of ther other person . Few will be cautious of ghosting as well if someone was just staying in Egypt but lies. But, for totally ethnic reason big No, Egyptians wont think that way. Marriage at the end is very personal decision.
@@AbdulRahman-xj5ox basically its BIG YES. I was just trying to be so honest so I mentioned too much details and exceptions. I know many Egyptians married to people from other ethnicities. Egyptians themselves are ethnically diverse btw.
