Being brought up in a village is not easy. Got a dream one day I could live in a big city and have a better life. But now I'm here in a city , life is not easy here either.. So it is always the best to accept what we get in life..

Usually we cook bamboo shoots for several hours and then we're going to squeeze it to remove the bitterness kinda like that but you cooked it in just ten minutes. Wow. Fanscinating indeed! Love it from🇵🇭
There're different types of bamboos. Some bamboo shoots are not at all bitter. You can just cook and eat.
