Excellent job. I appreciate your way to show the process. Little talk- much to do! Admire your productivity. Your video is the best about M113K rebuild I have found so far.

I searched WIS many times, but I didn‘t find a single document saying to replace the main cap bolts...?!
Cylinder head bolts and rod bolts could be reused if still in spec, camshaft rocker bridge bolts need to be replaced, but main cap bolts seem to be reusable, too...
Edit: found it - they must be replaced... 😅

Im curious about the con rod bearing availability. My rebuild got stuck for almost a year due to bearing being out of stock at MB in EU. I eventually got a set of 6 pairs in Canada and two remaining sets locally by canceling somebody eleses order 🫣 i have my engine ready by now luckily. Have you encountered this problem?

Yeah I am too aware of this problem, it has been postponing my build as well. The rod bearings for the M113K definitely are an huge issue at the moment. I don't know what is happening and why the situation is like this. I ordered my from MB Germany but they where out as well. 2 missing. I replaced them with the M113 N/A bearings, those have been working. I have heard that there are plans for aftermarket rod bearings, but at least nothing available yet. I'm currently editing the next episode and I'll be covering this there.
