Man , as a little comical skit the parade team should have gotten the cast member that plays Olaf and the other characters from the movie run to the float and act like they were rescuing the girls and the float and make the crowd laugh , Olaf could act like he's taking a fit and then push and pull the float then run away down the parade route.
Looks like the final unit has a different tempo than the others. Between the Frozen and final units people would hear different tempos. I suggest that they should add an extra unit (Pixar maybe) between Frozen and final units that can use two different tempos but one at a time.
Sometimes when there is breakdown the parade crew which or in the gray shirt in the vehicle frees the driver from driving and the driver can get out and walk through the crowd back to the float Building where they store the floats some stay but meee need for them once being pulled only the release break

You should see Donald Duck's float for Soundsational, he was so energetic even though it took so long for the float to be pulled 😆

that's nothing. I saw a video of a performance of Soundsational and *3* floats broke down during the *SAME* performance.

Dang Anna and Elsa were killing it!!! I love how they kept their cool (pun intended) even during all that!
