On the Target hand baskets, pull up the handle of the basket below the one on top ( it goes almost vertical over the top basket ) and you have two empty baskets nested until you are ready to nail the Neca curls. One for wants, and one for checkout regrets

I always park in the back of the lot, besides excercise you also minimize the chance some careless person parks too close and dings your car with their door. Also, no burger king for me, i cut out all proccessed and fast foods, getting old sucks.

Look at Collector area, then to toys, then back to colloector area, back to toys, and repeat as needed. I picked up that same little people set too, the presentation of it was just too cool to pass up.
I lost 10lbs just watching this video. Another tip, put all the toys you don't want in your basket, walk all the way to the checkout then walk back and put them all back. Try the Rocco the Great work out, lift the bottom shelves full of toys.
I get some decent steps in whenever I'm out cruising my spots. And I usually don't eat anything either. I hit about 8 or 9 different locations (Walmarts, Targets, TJ Max, Thrift stores etc.) and by the time I'm heading home for the day, I've hit about 12K steps, lol

The funny thing is that a lot of us need these tips for real for reals. How about nutrition recommendations? I mean, Cheetos is all I eat. I could use some healthier options if you don’t mind making some recommendation…freakin genius, I swear. Not your everyday hunt video…genius I tell ya!
