- I take back EVERYTHING I said about Haruka's trial, AMANE'S IS THE MOST DISTURBING.
GOD, this one fucked me up!!! Her crime was DEFINITELY not what I expected. I was very sure that her crime was letting someone die and not helping them get medical care but no.... It was this. I have no clue how to vote her, so I don't know if I'm going to vote at all. If she gets voted forgiven, it could affirm her beliefs in the cult's teachings (though it seems that she KNOWS they're wrong). Along with that, if she's voted forgiven, she could hurt the other prisoners. I'm sure she could be overpowered, but likely not by Mahiru. I'll be so real though, it WOULD be really funny if she attacked Shidou, SOLELY because he is a GROWN ASS MAN and it'd be so sad if he wasn't able to fend her off. BUT if she's voted unforgiven, who knows what would happen to her. We don't know what two unforgiven verdicts in a row would do. I'm leaning towards forgiven solely because I don't want to risk her getting two unforgiven verdicts in a row.
Anyways, I WAS ABLE TO GET INTO A PRACTICE ROOM LAST NIGHT. There is one that is always unlocked, but I've been too busy to stop by it. I auditioned for an acapella group last night (I didn't get in LOL) and I waited outside the practice room for an hour in order to be able to practice! I had extra time, so I recorded this before my audition!

Am I the only one who thinks her being voted guilty is driving her further into the cult mentality, like I don’t get the vibe that she fits the cult’s ideals and is falling into the cult mentality as a coping/defense mechanism. Like her brain can’t accept she’s guilty so she’s looking to anything to tell her she’s not, and since the audience isn’t forgiving her but the cult is she’s putting all her faith in that.
Thing is, she punished this person based on the cultists' ideals. At least, that's how she rationalized it. So, I wonder if voting her innocent at this point would lead to validating their teachings.
@@hinata1ize yeah but she also seems to hold herself guilty in the same vein, I do think it’s important to note that she seemed to try to fit into the cult in her first trial but adopted a more extreme outlook in the second. I don’t think she was toning it down in the first, but is looking for anything to cope with the guilt of killing someone. I don’t think there’s anyway to distance her from the cult beliefs through guilty verdicts. She’s 12, she just wants to be accepted by people… and she was shunned by the audience so there’s nowhere else to turn to besides doubling down on the cult.
saying innocent is saying the persons ideals are correct, so if you vote her innocent you're voting the cult's ideals correct in her mind. she does not hold herself guilty have you listened to the audio drama?

Well in real life when you just straight up call out how wrong someone is whether it's religion, politics, or other things they believe in it will most likely cause the person to double down cause it's a part of their ego or maybe all of it. The harsher you are the more likely they're not going to let it go. You got to meet them halfway if you want a shot at changing their mind and most importantly listen and give them some respect even if you think they are wrong. And even then, don't expect instant conversion it's going to take time to undo everything and start over if they even want that.
That being said I think all Amane wants is to be shown mercy/forgiveness just once in her life. It seems like her faith only just punishes her if she commits a sin. Milgram was probably the first time she heard of something that offers forgiveness for sins and she really wants that. That's probably why she was so excited in the first trial. Hopeful she can get the forgiveness she's after...and lots of therapy. Just give everyone therapy.

You have nice voice is pleasant to listen, but i had not enough emotions in your song. Every line is same. After original song it sounds kinda boring. Like... you don't got into character. I didn't hear high notes at all where it needed the most.
But still, good job! It's incredible anyway. Just more working and playing with voice and notes.
