It’s crazy how different pregnancies can be! I had my little girl in 2021. I found third trimester the best, so I hope you have an easy time and soak up every second xxx
Syd you are glowing! & you seem pretty prepared to me. You still have a few months, that's plenty of time to buy whatever else you need. In all honesty, babies don't really NEED a whole lot! A little tip when it comes to sterilisers, as I bought a steriliser and ended up barely using it. I ended up buying a thin bottle brush & sterilising tablets and filling my sink with boiling water and a tablet! Doing it this way made my life so much easier. I also ended up not using my baby bath, instead I bathed with her because it was easier & more enjoyable for her lol I feel like nowadays there are so many things we are told we should buy for our babies that we don't actually need, but that's consumerism for you. Don't worry about anything, you'll find your feet & your own little ways of doing things that work best for yous. You don't need to follow the baby books, that's what your maternal instinct is for. Also im sorry but anyone who tells you your baby SHOULD be sleeping from 7pm to 7am is lyingggg, I got sick of hearing that when I was a new mum 😆 Your going to be amazing! Correction, you already are amazing. Being a mum is a roller coaster of emotions, but a magical roller coaster at that. It teaches you patience, pushes you to your limit at times & teaches you to live in the moment and go with the flow. Also don't pressure yourself when it comes to your body. The time flies so fast you can't believe it, you'll be back to yourself before you know it, so allow yourself time! & before baby arrives have cupboards and a freezer full of meals that are easy or quick to cook, you'll thank yourself for it!! ❤
Would you be able to do a what I eat in a day pregnant? I’m 16 weeks pregnant and love watching those type of videos but can only really find Americans doing those type of videos xx
I never ever had the same midwife and it upset me sooo much!!! I had such bad experiences with all the ones I had. I always imagined being with the same midwife throughout my whole pregnancy - that never happened 🥲 hoping now I’ve moved areas it’ll be different with my next baby 🤍
I know you wanted an answer from her but I just wanna say they are all the same basically some brands just put them in different things to make it look more expensive
I’m now 36 weeks and I haven’t leaked at all 🫶🏻I also have had 2 midwives because where I live they do community for so long then hospital for so long too, I’m glad I changed though my 2nd one is so much more me! 😁I was lucky too with stretch marks and thought I might get away without any but over the past 2 weeks they have made an appearance! I think in the 1st and 2nd trimester I struggled with my body image a lot with is it bloat? Is it bump? And changing clothes so now I’m in my final trimester I have just embraced the stretch marks and it’s not bothering me as much! ❤
sorry for the camera being slightly wonky I didn't realise until I watched back!!!
