Ultra clean devices for hose, assembly and pipe cleaning

Ultra Clean system is used for cleaning the internal surface of hydraulic hose assemblies, hoses and hydraulic pipes by simply shooting a projectile through. The systems allows for retaining hydraulic fluid cleanliness and thus prevents contamination-related failure and wear, which constitutes as much as 80% of damage to high pressure system components. The whole process starts with cutting hoses or pipes, then cleaning with Ultra Clean system from both ends, crimping the hose assembly and again shooting the projectile through the hose assembly from one side. Finally, the ends of the complete and cleaned hose assembly are sealed with heat shrink capsules. They secure the hose assembly against contamination. To apply these capsules, a heat gun with a diffuser nozzle is used in workshops, whereas a special heat-shrink machine is used for series production.
