The AA is actually fantastic; long range AA ( it actually reaches your air detect), lots of DPM in the mid range AA, plus the ability to have DFAA and not sacrifice the hydro. You really just melt squadrons with that ship, especially if you take Focus Fire Training.
mmh, detectability by air 6,9. AA range 6,9 and with "the" best AA without def AA and the most broken AA with def AA, its not realy a problem being spotted by the CV^^ He is not gonna come near you a second time, exept he is a "i gotta touch the hotplate twice" person^^
Hello, I am a tier 4 birch new guy, I am now grinding for Italian BB/ German BB and Soviet CVs and if the progress is smooth, I am gonna try German Subss. I want to hear some precious suggestion of choosing tech trees and Tier 4-7 battle strategies from you pro guys.
focus on German BB and pick a cruiser line. IT BB are a tough road and not very competative at the high tiers. Maybe US Cruiser lines....or Soviet Cruiser lines (I love the Petro)_ to help get more commanders for Russian CV.
Imagine this line in a div with a dd that has long smoke. you can farm as much as you want and get radars really fast. really ez to win a flank that way.
Hey Trenlass, WeeGee ripped NA server off with this ship. We didn't get no automatic increase while undetected reload booster combat instruction with her, we got an increase with main gun hit consumable cooldown reducing combat instructions instead. our f key item cuts the cooldown on heals / repair party / hydro to 30 seconds left when used. and it's like 5% charged per main gun hit. so every 20 main gun hits it is locked and loaded but no stacking gun hits to have multiple charges ready.
I think these bursts in general are disgusting mechanic and shouldnt be implemented to game. Its deadly especially for DDs which are forced to cap and go to close range combat. It compensate lack of skill for some players. WG should reconsider this

Pair this ship with another player running American smoke and let the fire rain . Simple as that .

This isn't tech tree. It's the premium that was only obtainable through a campaign of combat mission from the armory

It would be insane to pair with either Loyang or Siliwangi, they've both got good smoke and best hydro of the tier
