Ingredients
-4 Cups of Water
-1 lb Box of Pasta
-1 Tbsp Dry Mustard
-1 tsp Hot Sauce
-2 Tbsp Butter
-8oz Monterrey Jack Cheese
-16oz Sharp Cheddar
-8oz half-n-half or Milk
Step 1: Add Water, Mustard, Hot Sauce, and Pasta in Instant Pot
Step 2: Set Instant Pot to Manual High for 4 Min
Step 3: Quick Release Pressure
Step 3.5: If needed drain excess water
Step 4: Add Butter, Cheese, Milk, and Bacon
Step 5: Stir ingredients until Cheese is completely melted
Serve Immediately!
