      @@LawwithDenise ohhh and earlier on there was a question that said "a decision per curiam is the same as a decision per incuriam. Comment." the two are confusing, please clear it

      @@LawwithDenise Yes, I apologize for the confusion. That’s what I meant. I am part of a union and the collective agreement gives the employer the right to make biased decisions that I didn’t agree to as it would contradict the code of conduct where I work.
