Savory stuffed peppers

1 Medium Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1lb Ground beef, 75/25 Chuck
Small Can Whole kernel corn
½ Cup Cooked Rice
2 Fresh Tomatoes, steamed, skins removed and chopped
1 Jar Pasta Sauce, reserve ¼ for the cooking pan
2 Teaspoons Oregano
2 Teaspoons Basil
Salt
Pepper
½ Chicken Bouillon Cube
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
½ Cup of Cubed Cheddar Cheese
4 Medium Bell Peppers, assorted colors
Ground beef, sauteed with onions, garlic, spices and tomatoes to make a deep rich sauce, stuffed into sweet bell peppers and baked to create the classic dish we all love
