I've noticed that with most of my favorite shows, the cast spends almost all of their time together because they truly love one another. If you combine good writing with a cast & crew that displays genuine respect and care, you are almost guaranteed a success it would seem.

Dennis has directed one of the best episodes ever from NCISLA, written by Eric Christian Olsen entitled “Mother”. Amazing episode from all.

I have to agree with this comment. I notice that Cote gets so excited that she doesn't realize she's talking over or interrupts the guests and even Michael a lot of the time. But yes, I wouldn't mind it if they made the episode longer to get more from the guests. Joe Rogan podcast length lol
