She has a lovely voice! I just wish she hadn’t said bennnnnd and friennnnnd, instead of holding the vowel until the end of the syllable, which is the correct way to sing it when you’re holding a note.

The thing that connects both ladies is how effortless they sing they draw us in with pure talent and should sing more often !!...the first lady has an old soul and her command of the song was awesome...the second lady could sing for decades without hurting her voice her tone is amazing ...she should not be afraid to sing in public the world needs the calming effect of her voice ..God bless you Reggie for enabling these people to shine like the hidden diamonds they are!!...Karl from eastern Canada
This made me tear up. Beautiful singing. Moon River was my parent's prom song. They were high school sweethearts who are headed toward 60 years of marriage. We had a music box that played this and my mom would sing it. I always hoped that I, like them, would find a love early and have adventures and a family and grow old together. I did marry my high school sweetheart, but we lasted only a few short years. And at 25, after our divorce, I used to watch the Sandra Bullock and Harry Conick Jr movie about a divorcee finding love again that featured Make You Feel My Love and hope that I'd find love when my heart healed. I've never found the love of my life, but hearing these two songs again now at 50 reminds me of that youthful hope and reignites the dream of a love to adventure with.
Taylor made me cry. And I never cry. Something about the sweet tone of her voice and her heart. I pray that she finds the confidence to sing for people again because she certainly blessed me.❤

I love the song Moon River and I especially liked how she held the N in "bend" and "friend" rather and the E. I've never heard it performed that way. That was a good choice and she has a wonderful voice.

The second one sang at a volume she is comfortable at and that makes a world of difference. Though you can hear her nerves the fact she didnt shout the song out gives her a presence. First girl was pitch perfect and she did very well switching registers. both were wonderful to hear.

From the moment she started singing my eyes filled with tears and before long i was crying, and I dont know why! I wasnt feeling emotional at all. It was just the excellence and beauty of her voice struck a chord deep inside me! Never had that happen before.
Love how Reggie wants to learn how to say “thank you”, “goodbye”, etc in other languages. That’s a first that I seen he didn’t know Lebanese. She’s a beautiful singer. Love it when young people sing songs from generations ago!

Moon River brings back memories of my first "young love" around 1967. My girlfriend and I danced to the song at a gathering at her parents home. After all these years she still has the "love letters/notes" I had written her.
We're still in touch from time to time also.
