I think it is "incredible" that the wife of a Supreme Court justice supported an attempt to prevent the peaceful transition of power. Her having been involved with this insurrection & coup, Clarence did not recuse himself despite the potential conflicts of interest. In my opinion he nothing more than a powerful cry baby who is not qualified to make balanced judgements because of his own spiritual, emotional and social immaturity.
The problem is that nobody can show him up with respect to Railroad law. Ginsburg supposedly said that only Scalia could rival Thomas' knowledge of railroad citation.

He's accepted gifts with millions over decades. He's continued to sit on cases instead of recusing himself when he and / or his wife have received compensation in excess of $500,000. He hasn't disclosed as required by law and it appears that he hasn't paid taxes on these millions. He should be criminally indicted. Impeachment isn't suitable.

It's quite shameful that our Constitution didn't establish more protocols for SCOTUS members. Standards surrounding ethics, conduct, disclosure, and automatic recusal MUST be a given in any judicial system to ensure transparency, justice and objectivity.

I’m so TIRED of hearing about what the court CAN’T do! The court is inventing law all the time, that an office affair is now grounds for removing a prosecutor, yet 200% favoritism isn’t enough to even START a judicial review proceeding against a judge! Judges are not kings, they don’t get to refuse to try a case. That’s their ONLY job! They don’t get to deny the public’s rights to a speedy trial, nor to refuse to try a severe crime, yet your experts have NEVER addressed these issues, not ONCE! Why is it that trump can invent new law out of whole cloth and bully the courts into doing it to save a perception, yet the government and all your experts can’t invent a single reason to bring a single action against a judge refusing to do her job?
Why is that? It’s like you only interpret the existing rules, which are NOT law, to favor HIM???
One can file a complaint with the court system that that the judge works in, such as district court if you want to file one on judge cannon. If there are a lot of complaints filed, the 11th circuit will review them and decide on what needs to be done.
And why haven’t a million lawyers and 80 million democrats done anything yet??
