Wirral Waters Legacy Project, Latest Development Progress

- Here is a new development project close to me on the Wirral.
It is named the Wirral Waters Legacy Project and is located on the corner of Duke Street and Dock Road.
It is going to consist of 13 & 8 storey units.
I will keep an eye on this development over the coming months.

Looks very nice. Nice colouring. Well filmed too. Still think that they'll be ridiculously expensive. Good to see how the redevelopment reshapes the views around our cities.
Yellow and red are the worst colours. The rest actually look nice. i imagine the clan line building opposite started off the same colour as block one. Its pink now.
Little boxes made of ticky tacky and they all look just the same . There's a pink one and a green one and a blue one and a yellow one . The song got it about right .
Thought there would be a mega luxury glass Blofeld penthouse in the expensively constructed apex roof...but no ....looks like a safe storage facility.
Few bots of plant up there but its not storage, waste of space in my eyes... Needs a roof top garden if anything
That other building that the site is building is most likely a shop as I use to work there the 1st building in red is the biggest with being 11 floors with the rest having only 7 and on the top of the red is a pent house

For people who own nothing. There is zero storage space.
No pub, no restaurant.
The pavillion might be a pub. Its still up for grabs. But i agree theres not much around as its the the first phase.
Looks a bit like a 15 min city.
The traffic will be horrific. I hope its not for the migrants.
Where will people park? who wants an inside apartment?
I don't think there's a courtyard, so there will be no windowless flats. But great views of your neighbours

Are these dwellings? I hope they will be successful but I find them uninspiring to say the least. Perhaps they are spacious and luxurious inside? But...
I like a garden.
I very much doubt they will be either, apart perhaps from the best ones overlooking the water.
Doesn't look much room for me for parking. Top views great, most of them will Just look out at another block of flats..
Architecturally uninspiring and out of place. However, it is a step up from tower blocks. Another toy town. The houses on the other side of the old converted building are even worse.
I’ve been telling my girlfriend every day when we go to Liverpool via the Wallasey tunnel that the film blade Runner comes to mind. This is absolutely awful .

They are hideous rectangular boxes, architecturally mediocre, Peel lacks ambition on their project either side of the mersey.
