Keep making them if they are helping you! I like seeing them, don't think they are repetitive. With regards to a house, just make sure that you account for the "hidden" costs. There will be taxes, maintenance etc. Advice is to save 10% of the house value for that each year. Sadly I have to agree with it, since we bought our house 9 years ago we've averaged 10% each year on maintenance, fees, taxes etc. It's a lot of money, but agree that we have our equity in the house. If we had rented and put the difference between rent and full house costs in Index Funds we could have had a higher net worth, but I love our house. For us the choice was a good one, but please be aware that there are a lot of costs on top of the mortgage.
Pls keep making these types of videos; they are my go-to's to watch to keep me motivated since my husband and I are currently on a debt payoff journey! Love these videos and vlogs!
hi Allison new Subscriber here I am so glad and happy I found your videos this morning since for the last two months I am figuring out how to pay off my $3700 dollars of credit card debt. and seeing these videos that you have paid yours off gives me hope. One piece. of good news is with my plan. I will pay off one of the cards with this months payment so then there will only be one more card to go. so thats helpful. I will keep you updated with the progress. I also know you will keep up the good work. on doing this journey and staying debt free.

You're not annoying and your videos are digestable. You also don't swear or come off as a know-it-all which is very considerate. :)
@@ewidontlikeyou Aw I appreciate that ❤️
