Actually they're contrast-color-stitched, at least on the higher trims, just like the front 2 rows, meaning that no, they didn't cheap out on them, clearly ...
one feature you did not mention is that all windows can be open by the remote key fob, which is very helpful.

U have to go to the dealer to program the keyfob $55
But it is only available for limited trim
