Caleb went to the wrong franchise. Granted some of this is on him but he has the talent. Sometimes mentally you’re just not ready and this offensively clueless franchise was one of the worst places he could have ended up. Give the kid QB a much-needed break for his mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Start Tyson Bagent and give him the opportunity to prove himself as a capable player in this league. With strong performances, he could generate valuable trade interest. Bagent has earned this chance, and Caleb would benefit from some rest. Seventeen games is a tough stretch for any rookie QB, especially on a struggling team dealing with ongoing turmoil. This approach benefits both players and the team in the long run.
