    Well done, Darren! It's much better seeing the actual stats on the screen and maybe doing it this way way will motivate you to improve each week. Your sleep on Tuesday was brilliant! I always keep a close eye on my sleep, and the different stages of sleep, as it really impacts your overall health.
    I find that on the days I don't want to get out and walk, for whatever reason, whether it's because I'm not in the best mood, or I'm tired; I always feel so much better once I've pushed myself to get it done. I walk on average 9-10 miles a day, and some days I just want to hibernate and watch crap TV 😂 but I know that once I'm outside I'll feel loads better. I've started going for daily sea dips too, completely out of my comfort zone, but honestly I feel so much better for it. I have grown to love the cold water, especially when I first get in and it literally takes my breath away. Like you said, it's about pushing ourselves to climb out of our safety net, as that's where growth happens.
    Great video, great effort. Keep it up. One foot in front of the other each day 😊
