At 3:02 , clutch pivot bolt is moving with the clutch lever. Tight them up properly and also lubricate the lever's pivot bolt with grease.
Can we not just remove the lever only without removing the while assembly which can make the work a bit less and time saving or did the whole assembly needed replacing???

I have a Pulsar rs 200 and I just had my clutch plates changed one day ago and without changing the old clutch basket , I'm feeling a little back and forth like rocking like the clutch is dis engaging and engaging feeling when I release the clutch , the mechanic is saying that it is normal on new clutch, SO IS IT NORMAL ,. I am only feeling this back and forth motion when I release the clutch not when I am riding the bike so ANY THOUGHTS ON THIS
so a lot of people are installing the 2004v adjustable brake levers on their 1604v and 1602v , however i cant find the damn ajustable lever ! , their is a whole assembly for 1k but me living in delhi means that a lot of times people drop my bike literally standing on double stand , braking the levers so installing levers worth 1k every time will be worthless for me .. sad..
In RTR 4v the wireing towards headlight to tank gap worst for me few wires are cut while turn bike the wire strech and loose on other side turn. I noticed wire cut I can join and slive but last time trip to 3 days to long more than 800 km in last day the battery dry and RR unit also gone due to wire touch in body the work St day in my life because it's Sunday Eve no help in tollgate I driven 250 km to home by 30-40km speed as my wife as pillion
U missed a crucial information. Assuming u did it correctly but forgot to mention. One should make sure to put some free play to the clutch lever otherwise the clutch may burn on longer runs
Can we install this on BS3 Apache 200 2016 model?
I need your help. So I have a ns200 and the coolant is getting mixed with the mobil as per the service centre. But now once the the mobil is drained and refilled I cannot find any sign. Could you please suggest me what should I do in this case?
Is it nessesary to change the electronic switch of the clutch ?

@@Shreehari.S but why, only the clutch lever was broken. I have an 1year old apache 4v too with adjustable levers, thatswhy I want to know the reason. Is there any practical reason or its just because it got old ?
@@danielr4134 new switch cannot be fixed in that as it's different
@@danielr4134 Its because TVS dosent sell the clutch lever saperately, so the entire assembly needs to be changed

Faced exact same incident from a car guy reversing and crashed my rtr 160. Clutch and indicator is gone

Bro how to dispose of the used engine oil from the bike as it is hazardous and we can't just throw it out.
Glad to have concerned enthusiasts like you on the channel.
I personally have a 5L can where I collect the used oil. Once it is full I give to a nearby authorized service. They further have waste disposal protocols where mostly the used oil is sold to furnace oil companies or construction companies.
Does the motorcycle service center take that oil?
They should, you can ask them in advance.

Which one is good for chain lube engine oil, gear oil or chain lube for any bike according to you.
I will prefer chain lube for the non-messy and longer application interval. Gear oil can be an alternative.
