Anthony went to Rachel because she and he were in the same position. They both loved and trusted Ryan and he betrayed them both. Ryan's actions destroyed his immediate and extended family relationships and friendships. He blamed Anthony for Rachel's clear view of his character when he (Ryan) betrayed her several times. He was a proven snake well before this incident, anyone who trusts him in any capacity does so at their own risk.

Ryan can't take accountability for his own actions when you hurt someone you don't get to dictate how they handle it or when they should get over it. When a person does something as vile as what Ryan did they should want to apologize whether the person is accepting of it or not bc they were in the wrong.
