I feel like the difference between Hot Sauce and Hello Future at least for me is: Hot Sauce has a very experimental sound that make you go "huh? Idk how to feel about this..." on first listen because it's out of the ordinary and stands out, but it's catchy enough that you go back and re-listen to it. Hello Future on the other hand, has much more of a refreshing sound. It sounds more like a typical title track song, it's very likeable and easy to listen to from the start, kind of gives me the end of spring/early summer vibe. Also, I feel like this concept fits the dreamies very well, it's bright and youthful without looking overly childish and cute, it sets them apart from the other NCT units.

In the MV, I think the Dreamies are basically peace-spreading creatures...
They go to a football match full of fierce competition (Hence masked player caption "I want to WIN") and bring flowers and cartoon creatures.
Later they go through security into that white room full of computers and financial read-outs and cover everything with colour and graffiti. And their guns are full of bubbles.
At the end the masked football players and suited security people are following behind Dream holding the same peace and protest signs. Really matches the message of the song and the natural energy of Dream :D
Renjun looks soo ethereal! This concept fits him soooo well
The new song "Life is still going on" became my fav Kpop song ever from the first listen. I love the music, I love their voices, I love the message. It really latched onto me and I hope you will love it too 💚💚💚

Renjun, Chenle, and Haechan really did they shit on this song. The all 3 hit on the bridge and then getting their ad libs throughout the last bit of the song, just exceptional. This song has such We Are the World vibes to me for some reason. I just imagine in 10 years when there’s a natural disaster in Korea somewhere, SM will do a company re-record of this song to raise money in support of victims, if SM isn’t entirely NCT units and their 395 members by then.

Easily better than Hot Sauce imo, SM sometimes tries too hard to be experimental just for the sake of it, but songs like Hello Future prove that when they just wanna make a straight up melodious bop, it just works.
I’m probably the only one who likes hot sauce from the first listen and still like it more than hello future😅 but life is still going on is the best tho
tbh I feel like they're both experimental? just in different ways, and hot sauce still isn't as weird/out there was something like 7th sense or simon says, it's mostly just latin-inspired

Yeah, i also enjoy HF more than HS. HS has good and unique compositions in several parts, but when they try to arrange the whole song it doesn't work well because 'too many' people with different taste got involved in HS making and it makes the song little bit 'too much'. But in HF the producers kinda know the nuance of the song they want to deliver and make sure the feel in the lyrics, the compositions, and even the arrangements match with the nuance itself.
