What a treat this Saturday morning! Was wondering if you would include the paper dimensions of your finished pieces before matting them? Also what weight card do you use for the mats? Are your pieces meant to be framed? Because they are literally works of art to be displayed. Anyway, thanks for sharing your technique and vision.
Brenda the projects are all so random ! They are wall art not cards. I place the trimmed backgrounds against A4 copy paper you you can get an idea of the size at the beginning .The size of the project is entirely dependant in the ink pattern. I encourage you not to think in terms of precise measurements. The card I use for mounting is mainly between 180 and 300 gsm. The black card being the later. I pick the card according to colour rather than weight I must admit. Hope that helps 🙏x

I purchased 2 large pieces of clear Perspex and some fake wood wall paper and sandwiched them together with thick card board in the centre so the board has a little give. Xx
