What's going on with my plants? | Repot plants with me!

What's going on with my plants? I'm repot these two plants, my variegated monstera peru that had some browning show up and I repot my philodendron el choco red that had some leaf loss this winter. I'm not really sure what's going on with my plants but winter can do some damage for sure. I hope after this repot that the plants will do better and I can propagate the peru and grow some new plants out of that.
