The fight between Kenobi and Anakin is filmed full speed. They actually did move that fast. The force allows a Jedi to know what is going to happen before it happens - and actors can do the same thing with choreography and practice!

Qui Gonn spirit taught Obi Wan to become a force ghost, (at the end of the movie Yoda said to Obi that someone returned from the netherworld of the force). In all those years in solitude in Tatooine Obi Wan learnt it. That´s why he told Vader in episode IV: "if you strike me down, I´ll become more powerful that you can possibly imagine".
Also, the "He's too dangerous to be left alive" line and the parallels between Palpatine and Windu are amongst the most important in the prequel trilogy, like the cave episode was for the original trilogy.
A lot of Anakin's behaviour can be explained by the fact that he doesn't see the Jedi vs Sith as good vs evil, but simply two factions that he doesn't really understand. He was with the Jedi, accidently helped assassinate the leader, and jumped sides knowing they would never forgive him, after that all he had was the Emperor's protection and promise of gaining power to keep his only family alive.
Anakin was a Jedi Knight in this movie, not a padawan and not a master. He was promoted to Jedi Knight near the beginning of the Clone Wars. And yes, the last movie depicts the start of the clone wars and this one depicts the end of them. Everything in between is covered in the Clone Wars animated show.
The animated show rectons a lot of the established canon. Lots of shit happens in that show that is never mentioned in the movies, including hugely important events. The cartoon took MANY artistic liberties and it damn near make no sense in comparison to the prequels.
Yeah, the sith empire was a thing about 4000ish years before episode 4. There's no movies or shows about it, there are some games though (the Knights of the Old Republic series of bioware rpgs from the early 2000s)
Vader, after ther battle with Obi Wan, took the suit off many times to receive medical treatment in bacta tanks (due to his serious injuries in the body and lungs). Now I highly recommend you to see Rogue One, it´s an amazing film (by far the best since Disney bought the franchise and one of the best SW films for me).
So...not sure if you have read up on this at all...but basically Palpatine has been manipulating Anakin all along, nurturing the seeds of fear and desire and hatred and darkness in him that came from being separated from his mother and his obsession with Padme. Anakin turned to the Dark Side when he murdered all those Sand People, and Palpatine amped up his grooming of Anakin to replace Dooku as Palpatine's apprentice...which is what happened when Anakin offed Dooku's head. As I understand it, Anakin did not realize he had become Palpatine's servant...but that is what compelled him to defend him from Windu...after which he accepted his place as apprentice and his new name.
Yoda went into hiding to Dagobah because of Order 66. Emperor Palpatine/Lord Sidious: "The remaining Jedi will be hunted down and destroyed."
"Am I gonna get to see Qui Gon?" I was disappointed by this as well. They didn't show that until the series "Obi Wan Kenobi"

But if i had to listen to voices then I would rather watch still image tv show talking about something than watch animation especially this junk animation that was used in TCW 2008 and other Filoni trash. Only good animation I have ever seen was from TOR Cinematics and that's because its almost photorealistic so its like seeing actual actors not whatever
Palpatine is such a POS. This movie really shows how Anakin really wasn't a bad guy but rather just allowed himself to be manipulated. Palpatine is the true evil. To answer your question about the Sith ruling the galaxy, yes. Roughly a thousand years before the time of this movie there was something called "the great Jedi schism" where the Jedi order split into two factions and one faction evolved into The Sith and waged a war against the Jedi. The Sith did win but only for a short time and the Jedi launched an offensive and wiped out all Sith, or so they believed
The Clone Wars cartoon is set between Episode II and Episode III. Aside from that you could also watch -
Obi-Wan series (takes place between Episode III and Episode IV)
Han Solo movie (takes place sometime before Episode IV when Han was younger)
Rogue One movie (takes place shortly before Episode IV)
Star Wars Rebels (takes place between Episode III and Episode IV, but you should watch Clone Wars before this)
The Mandalorian/Book of Boba Fett/Ahsoka (all take place about five years after Episode VI, but you should watch Clone Wars first)
Sequel movies (all take place about 30 years after Episode VI, can be watched whenever)

There was a time were there were thousands of sith against thousands of jedis. But then the sith started to do the rule of two.
But the theory is, the sith master trains the aprentice to kill him so he can Oroshimaru his ass.

The clone wars was orchestrated by palpatine and dooku (mainly palpatine) and the clones had inhibitor chips inside their brains in order to follow palpatine’s orders. Once he had turned Anakin into his apprentice… then their true purpose was shown
I knew the story and I still found it so hard to watch. Like Padma, my heart felt like it literally broke. 😭 The extermination of the Jedi...Anakin deleting all the children...I was in complete despair after watching this.

The Clone Wars were between the clone army of the Republic vs the droid army of the Separatists. But it was all just a ruse to destroy the emperor’s enemies, the Jedi and the powerful corporations that were funding the Separatists.
Can't wait for you to see Rogue One. It too is intense and emotional and leads right into A New Hope.

The clone wars started on the end of the last movie, and ended on this movie. The clone wars was a farce by palpatine controlling both sides. Then palpatine did a coup with order 66 for the jedi and sending vader to kill the seperatist. Ending the farce war.
You don’t need a “Force tracker” to trust your feelings. Anyone can do that. Obi-Wan was one of the only people who knew about Anakin’s feelings for Padme even though he didn’t know they were married. In that moment with Yoda, Obi-Wan was too upset to think clearly about what he had to do, so Yoda told him to trust his feelings. After thinking about it a little, Obi-Wan knew that Padme must know where Anakin is.
I think people give too much credit to the force. It doesn’t make anyone omnipotent or capable of just anything that the plot needs it to. One of the problems with the sequel trilogy is that any little plot contrivance can be used as long as they just say, “the force did it”. It’s really lazy.
No, there's no movie portraiting the previous rule of the Sith. I hope there is one someday.
And no, Clones faught together with the Jedi for the Republic against the Separatists during Clone Wars. PALPATINE had been playing both sides during all that time. When the time came, those clone troopers turned on the Jedi.
