    Appreciate the videos. I hit big jamaica solo on Sunday morning. 10 mackerel 1 flounder. Great trip. Flounder sushi on the boat. Now the tough part. Hunting or fishing in the next couple months. Thanks man. Keep that line tight

    Thanks for the party boat videos. I live in pa and don't get to fish the ocean very often. When I do it's party boats. Love to see a miss Avalon video. That's my go to.

    ahhh man sorry again I couldn't make it to the jetty. Usually that jetty produces a few more fluke especially around dusk👌🏻. Btw People fall, and drop their phones in the rocks all the time over there. Last week a girl fell off and miraculously landed in the water. Korker flip flops need to become a thing.

    I hate the head bit of a soft shell crab, but LOVE the rest. Great vid bro. In New Zealand, the Sea Robin is called a Gurnard. Cheers and keep it up. GIDDYUP from Australia. 👍🏽😎🇦🇺.

      Sea-Money Fishing gotta say I couldn't think of a less appealing way to go fishing. Just dropping a line down in the middle of the ocean with like 20 strangers...sounds kinda beat.

      It's the cheapest way to go out fishing on a boat. The captain and crews of these boats know what they're doing and do their best to make sure you're dropping your line where there's fish.

    • @ChrisMcIntee
      @ChrisMcIntee  7 лет назад +2

      its a cheap shot at a big fluke, party boat flukin gets you offshore for the best price. if I was loaded Id have a boat and go myself, or charter a private boat, but im a shmo so I pay what I can afford to get on the grounds

    Nice vid again. Here in the UK we have Sea Robins but here we call them Tub Gurnard. They certainly look to be the same species but we do get them up to 8 or 9lb in some areas.

    Awesome video man, super tuna catching day. This may sound crazy, but I have two computers, one is a newer gaming computer with a super good graphics card and both do not like RUclips videos at 60FPS. Is it RUclips that has difficulty serving the footage smoothly. I have high speed download at 15 mpbs...Even when I reduce the view to 720 on the video settings there's a periodic lag through out... I don't know if other people experience this or not. Thanks for making this awesome adventure.

      you can shore fish all around montauk, striper bluefish fluke scup and of coarse sea robins are all catchable from the shorelines. there are a ton of boats out there sailing for fluke seabass scup and striper too, if you've got 50-60 bucks you can get out on one of these 4-5 hour boats.

    • @ChrisMcIntee

    Softshells rule-your’s was ill prepared.Certainly improperly cleaned.Old Bay’s good for hard shells and shrimp,but soft shells must be dredged in flour with salt and pepper,then sautéed in olive oil and served with nothing more than lemon.(Over linguini-either marinara or oil and garlic,followed by a simple salad).

    • @ChrisMcIntee
      @ChrisMcIntee  7 лет назад

      yep they go for the top hook often. you need as much weight as the conditions dictate, we were using 10oz here. usually 8-12oz is needed unless the drift is slower.... on a slower drift though Ill be using a 2-3oz bucktail every time though.

    Man I love soft shells and used to get very good soft shells at Seafood Shanty but that one you have is deep fried. -- if you get one cooked right you will eat the whole thing without worrying about the stuff you normally clean out when you eat hard shells. You can eat all of it just like you can eat all of a lobster and some people do-- wont make you sick or anything-- just need to either get one cooked right or cook it yourself.
