I love this interview! It's so refreshing to have an interviewer who is genuinely excited about the story and asks really interesting and new questions.

I mean he only really had a huge role in the last film. So the fact that they kept making it seem like he was a main cast baffled me a bit. Even Phillip Odair was more central than him in the movie.

I love what the actor for Snow said. The youth of this day are so obsessed with finding pleasure that if some tyrant promised them pleasure in return for taking their freedom, they would probably accept. They need to open their eyes and keep the government in check. That's one thing I really appreciate about the film, the real message behind it.

GREAT INTERVIEW, the interviewer conducted it in such a professional manor. I love how he truly showed passion for the films and stayed on the topic of the film.... unlike so many other interviewers like 'access Hollywood' and 'ET' who just ask questions to make the actors feel uncomfortable so that their videos go viral.

+Jasmine Styles I actually didn't realize what happened to her until Katniss woke up in the hospital and figured it out, I mean she didn't die in the explosion, how come she died when someone shot Katniss? I probably missed something in that scene
+Natalija Zivkovic It was a second explosion. Remember at the beginning of the movie when Gale talks about his plan of first explosion and second explosion? Yeah, that happened and killed Prim, that's why she hated him afterwards and never spoke to him again.

This was such a wonderful composite of interviews. It's so clear that the interviewer really knows and cares about the film (and perhaps the books if he's read them) and its so refreshing to watch. Part of the joy in watching this was just seeing what he was going to ask next!

First of all, thanks so much for watching the interview! You are all awesome! For people talking about the spoilers, I worded my questions very specifically where I did not mention any spoilers. The actors openly talked about those parts of the film. For the question of the FIRST and LAST scene they shot: Most films are shot out of order. I've heard of movies where the actors shoot the ending scene on the first day. So asking them the last scene they shot wasn't asking the last scene of the film. I always enjoy your interviews the most out of any other movie interviews because the questions you ask are so intelligent and well-thought-out. You are clearly very intrigued by the films you see, and pick up on the smallest of details. I feel like all of this adds to the interview experience, so keep doing what you do!

Over the years of the THG franchise, I have watched any and all interviews of this cast and crew I could get my hands on, but yours are always some of my favorites. Your questions don't scratch the surface or repeat the same generic ideals that are passed between so many other interviews; they're original. They're in-depth. They're fascinating, quite honestly. So, kudos and thank you.

Donald sutherland's interview was fabulous and I hope he knows that mockingjay part 1 actually did inspire some protests and really struck a chord in many people including myself.

This was great! I don't normally watch interviews for movies, but it was so cool to see the actors' behind the scenes feelings about the filming, and also the filmmaking process itself - I loved the explanation of the scene with Katniss and Prim :)
Definitely one of my fave interviews and such awesome questions! You could tell the cast were enjoying it just as much as we did. I get sick of watching them do interviews with the same questions over and over again so I can't even imagine how bored they must get lol
i sat throughout the whole credits too because this franchise literally has the best score

I really liked the breadth of the questions in this interview, it's such a refreshing change to hear the answers to these questions about videography and the music score and things.
I've always liked that interviewer. He always asks the right questions, and he really seems like such a big fan of great cinema. When he does the interview for Captain America he was so enthusiastic. That's the kind of interviewer needed and the questions are actually interesting.

Wow, Donald Sutherland sounds a lot like Bernie Sanders there at the end! Very similar message about riling up the young to fight to change the world. I'm glad more people are supporting this idea, and hopefully this movie, as well as this "zeitgeist" will inspire people to action!

Donald Sutherland has got to be one of the most prolific actors of not only the past generation, but this one and hopefully, one more to come. He brings dignity and a real respect to every film he's in.
Just finished watching this series with my wife. Watched the first one in 2012 but never the others. Can’t believe i didn’t!
I love how they all clearly eschewed any sense of propriety when it comes to potentially spoiling the movie. They're all like, "Screw it. It's a book. If you haven't read it, I can't help you."
On another note, I don't know if anyone caught this, but she says that both of her nephews play their children. In the book's end they have an older girl and then a little boy. I'm wondering if this means that we'll see 3 little ones instead of 2 in the film?

You seem incredibly interested in the make up and costume side of things, which is awesome. May I suggest you try to interview the costume designer and make up artist of these films in the future? This is obvs a press junket so I understand the actors are the main focus, but it does seem like you're interested in that stuff, and in a costume heavy franchise like the Hunger Games it would be super interesting to shine some light on the creatives behind the scenes, since a lot of people don't know how much work goes into it. Just a thought :) Great interview!
