Living in a very small space, I had to use shoe racks for pretty much every storage need you can imagine . I have them on every single door in my house and they hold everything from Scotch tape to extra make up to extra soap to extra toothbrushes. Everything you can imagine and every door I can hang them. Those are great, organizational tools!😊
Use the hanging scarf organizer f for rolls of wrapping paper. Hang them up and then add the rolls into the holes between them You can make any length you 😮by pulling the hangers apart. Good luck. I l😮 using them for this. I also use the belt hangers for my camiis and bras. Hope this helps someone 😊
Shannon this video is one of the best organization videos I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to get to DT and use some of these ideas. I’m especially excited to do the crate and desk organizer combo on my crafting table
Wow, wow, wow. That’s all I can say about the creative but practical you can use all over the place. There are so many hacks I can use I can’t even say what my favorite was. Thank you for sharing💜
Hi thanx for the hacks!!! Maybe take command hooks n put them inside those organizer boxes you created 😊n hang your sissors so you have them excesable..n small items hang them on the command hooks😊
❤Aloha from Hawaii🌺🏝 Thank you for sharing your DT organization ideas! I love what you did to make everything organized. No DT here in Hawaii, but the next time we fly off this rock in the middle of the Pacific to visit LV, I'll be sure to visit DT and fill my luggage with alot of items that you showed and bring them home with me to get my craft room organized. I'm always looking for ideas and ty for that. ❤You have just gained a new subscriber to your channel❤ Looking forward to watch more of your videos🌺
Just an FYI for you folks, you shouldn't store your oils in an area that heats up like the cabinet over your stove and microwave, they will go rancid quickly. Remember to store Oils in cool and dark place for best storage and food safe results Consider a cabinet nearer to the floor and AWAY from your stove Just saying....
I use my shoe organizers for my stash of flowers and greenery, you have given me some more ideas for my craft room and coat closet. They are all great ideas, thank you so much for sharing. God bless you and your family.
Just my thought, please DON'T take your jewelry off at the sink, My dad, a jeweler, said "the easiest way to lose your rings are to take them off"! But too easy to lose your jewelry down the drain!
Oh, my mother, who just passed in May, loved all her little fine jewelry necklaces, rings, and bracelets that my father, brother and some of the rest of us had given her throughout the years. Nothing was worth much, but to her it was, so we never understood why she wasn't more careful about laying her jewelry down just anywhere. Once she went into assisted living she constantly complained about missing pieces. We usually found them under her bed, dresser, and in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I inherited some of the same habits, but it's usually on the bathroom counter. Thanks for a great reminder from a professional. 😊
You shared some really nice storage ideas that I will use to organize my stuff in my new apartment. The shoe storage for toiletries in the bathroom was an awesome idea. Thank you for sharing. ❤
Honey is so cute Great ideas I am in the process of organizing whole house a room at a time I will probably use a handbag storage bag to hold my cross stitch fabrics and a shoe storage bag holds yarn really well
That lucn box hack for silverware/napkin was using the butter dish... genious. Wish I would have thought of that when I was working..lol. You have alot of great storage ideas. Thnx for the tips. 💓💞💕💜♥
I used the cupcake tray to store my daughter's waterpaints and brushes. The round inserts (where cupcakes would sit) we used as a paint pallette. Easy to rinse and store. 😊
I just purched things that accumulated last and then bought a lot of containers from DT and labeled them for underneath my vanity. I also bought those under the bed storage units to put my summer bed clothing and switch in the summer and put the winter ones in them.
Hi Shannon, for those flimsy baskets I would cut a piece of cardboard and put it in the bottom of the baskets. It gives a little more sturdiness. Loved the video. 😊
I like the butter dish ideas. I saw those at the dollar tree two days ago. I should of bought some. The wire basket storage over the door was cool. Actually all the ideas were really good.
I love to use suit travel bags behind a door for wrapping paper and deco mesh Or the over door hooks use the dowel rods to put your spice bottles. I really question how long those command hooks is going hold any weight. Most only hold 2 pounds max. It’s amazing how much craft supplies weigh when stacking multiple items. Also use the dowel rods for stacking regular size ribbons. I also stack ribbons (by season type) on an old curtain rods and stack them behind a door or the back of a closet.
This video was awesome I love everything on it best ideas yet but i still love all your hack videos thank you for sharing you know the plastic peg boards you you do some more of those ❤I will be having my own craft one
Hi Shannon, I watched your other video where you showed many ideas for storage with the shoe organizers. I used the long blue ones for floral storage in my craft area. I hung them on the outside of the doors of my craft cupboards. It works quite well. For the florals that have long stems, I opened the bottoms of the first and third shoe pockets so the stems reach down to the second and fourth pockets below. This video has given me even more ideas for other areas in the house. So now I will have to go buy more shoe storage bags. Thanks for the ideas. I appreciate it.💜💛💚 👍🏻
This is the best organization video I've seen you put out so far and one of the best I've seen on RUclips. Love all the ideas!!! Thanks for doing what you do!!! 💙
Liked your video, my favorite use for the shoe organizer is to put one on the office door. We put pens, pencils, markers, stapler, tape or whatever other office supplies we want handy. Like you we put them in a cup so the smaller things don't get lost 🐱🐱
Wow, the magnet in the bobbypin container is going to change my life. My toddler loves to kind of swish his hand through any open container of little items and the magnet will keep the pins from flying quite so far.
I use the hanging shoe organizer for our large plastic bottles of spices from Sam's club or whatever. Got some good ideas from you. I think I'm going to get an under bed shoe organizer Six pocket you used for good shoes for all my medicine and blood testers etc. Thank you for the idea you gave me
💗💗💗 I really enjoyed this video! When you were showing the the cupcake holder and little tins, I realized that it looked like a tic-tac-toe game. If you didn't attach the tins to the bottom of the cupcake holder, they could be the game pieces (with an "X" or "O" marked on them). The lid with the handle makes it easy to take anywhere, with room for other things under the lid. Thanks for all your great organizing ideas!
Great ideas. 👍 I use the over the door shoe organizers for camping. I prefer the ones with clear pockets, but the one's you featured would work. I hang mine on the canopy frame or even a tree with a bungee around it, and put flashlights, keys, lotion, lip balm, matches, hand wipes, etc. Stuff you use alot, or dont want to misplace, but dont want to clutter up the glamping kitchen area with. It is the best way to stay organized while camping. I actually saw the idea on another YT channel. I dont remember who, or would give a shout out 😊
💜 Hi Shannon, I am so happy to see this video. Right before this video i watched Apartment Therapy giving a tour of a 600 sq ft apt . My apt is 610 sq ft but, this young girl has given me inspiration to help me figure out placement of furnitre how yo use other pieces of furniture in diff ways. I felt so encouraged. I am so overwhelmed and many things my mom left to me so i do not want to get rid of. During the heart of covid apts were not being rented that had elevators so i had only small garden styles to pick from and with a low salary too that was another factor. Right as her video ended this popped up and I was delighted even more. I shoukd have kept a list to share with you all the great ideas you had. Before I forget, on the back of my bedroom door is a full length clear shoe holder. Its close to my craft/sewing area. All my ribbons are in there coordinated by color in the pockets. I have scrap book suppjies and markers. Lasr 2 rows on the right side I have cut our tge bottom of each shoe holder accept for the very bottom and those are where I have one roll of Christmas wrapping paper, bday and one roll of brown paper. Iny bathroom i onky gave a pedestal sink so I made shelves with wire ties out of clear Sterilite crates from tge Dollar Tree and I have a 3 tier plant stand from Tractor Supply painted black and white to match the 1940 floor. I made a valance out of black and white nylon shower curtain and I think the black and white organizers you painted sage green woukd be great for ny lipsticks and Barrett's. Before I forget, the other night at Target in the $5 area was a clear round lazy Susan but it had a divider in it and was 4 diff areas. I almost bought it for my water color paint brushes but felt like it was too much money. Now I wish I got it. I spent tooooo much at Christmas using my bonus frim work and my rent goes up in Feb $55 more a month. In my bathroom i have one of the over the door metal Dollar Store clothing racks but tge plastic falls off and then it rusts so i want to go get a few of hooks you used for your purses. Also, top shelf of my tiny closets are all my purses and thats taking up space so on the inside of my bedroom door I want to start hanging my purses. That will be awesome. Too much to list but, your ideas for sure will help me. I greatly need kitchen help. I have only 3 cabinets literally. I have all my tin foil and plastic bags wax paper in my microwave. My pie plates and turkey roaster are in the refrigerator. I hope God will bless me to buy a little home by summer 2025. I want to save uo $15,000 more for a down payment. So many good ideas!!! Thank you for sharing! I'm REALLY struggling to organize my basement :( It's so overwhelming! Do you have any good organizational tips for basements?

These are great tips. Plan to use a few. My friend uses the butter storage dish upside down. Microwave yor butter to get soft plus it is all in a dish.😊😊😊
I have 4 kids and I started keeping their school theme/holiday shirts stored in a bin under my bed. The shoe organizer would also work well for this too. Thank you! Might have to try it!
I really enjoyed this video. Thank you for all of the wonderful hacks. I loved the hack of the shoe organizer to store the stuffed animals. My boys love stuffed animals as well.
Everyday is when I need organization hey beautiful ❤ hi honey 🍯 🐕 so beautiful 😍 you are phenomenal at these organizations thank you so much for sharing have a wonderful week 🐕💗💚🌈💜💙💛🦋
💜...another goody, I seen a few I haven't tried...yet 🙂. & I've kept a shoe organizer on the back of my craft closet for years for seasonal flowers...GREAT tip you showed there & I also have a large, beautiful, wooden crate that I sit on top of 2 short rolling carts side by side that I stick all my greenery in. Doesn't matter what greenery I buy & it somehow always looks nice, like you arranged it. So that is one of my open storage, pulling double-duty hacks. I have extremely limited space so I always appreciate these Shannon.
Love your channel! I have always organized for everyone, and I will have to organize myself by what I see you have described on crafting, let alone in other rooms. ❤

Some great ideas here. I use a silicone pot holder from Dollar Tree to rest my glue gun on. It works very well and the dried glue peels right off.
Those are actually tie/belt holders so you actually have it right 😊

Did the same thing when I bought mine and it worked perfect😺
I cut the DT flexible cutting boards to size and put in each one. Waterproof and easy to clean if needed.

Hi , I use the hanging shoe organizer on the back of my daughter's bedroom door to put barbie dolls in 😉
