How to build an Outlaw Kart: Step 3 - Rear Axle Assembly

- In this video Factory QRC employees Brandon & Chase go over how to put together a complete rear axle for an Outlaw Kart. We make sure to go over the correct axle spacing, keyway placement and brake caliper/rotor assembly. The bearing hanger bracket height on the backside of both axle hangers should be at the 4th line from the top which is how they come from us. This is a crucial part of getting your kart to go around the track correctly and quickly. We hope this helps!

Or how much is one complete kit without engine? I intend to retrofit it with electric brushless motor myself.
Where do you get the frame bearing hanger welded on the frame at for the axle kit ? To mount too

So if the most asked question is where to bolt in the bearings you didn't ever explain why the holes or the other adjustment so what's the point of the video anyone 10 year's and older could put an axle in ?

A very bad decision, to rest the key against the bearing. This is not right with engineering.
