I think Jack’s cracked a little, between the repetitive requests, freebird, and the meme songs. I like he’s just lost all politeness in telling half the crowd to be quiet and demanding silence to do the tally make, but his confidence as a performer now is great. Thank you all the uploads!

Nah I'd rather tell people go home. When I'm at work, so I can appreciate some one who does.

Technically it also means: "You hate, youe hate me." Depends on the context and that#s why it is a great song

No it means you have me, the spelling matters and the spelling is du hast mich meaning you have me. They did release an American version in which they changed the lyrics to play off the fact that du hast mich sounds like du hasst mich which means you hate me.

As a Swiss, hearing rammstein was so good, and yes, everything in german sounds so much more intense than it should be

Sooo... as it fits the occasion... a little introduction about "du hast" First of all, the obvious: Du hast sounds very aggressive and is indeed a double-entendre of du hast - you have and du hasst - you hate. The full sentence however, once completed, goes "you have asked me and I have said nothing." The question is implied to be a wedding proposal, as the chorus repeats "Do you want to stay faithful to her 'til death do you part?", to which both possible replies JA (yes) and NEIN (no) are repeated. So basically the song is a song about a bond of eternal love, and/or the hate that comes with an unfaithful marriage.
Bonus point for a fun innuendo in which the words in the wedding vow are are being switched until "Do you want to cherish her faithfully even through hard times" Becomes: "Do you want to love/fuck her even on bad days until the death of the vagina?" Which, well, yeah.

As a german I am confused... is it du hast mich or du hasst mich... the former would be you habe me, the latter would be you hate me....

A 9 minute rock and roll meme song at this point. The guitar riff of it is highly overrated and has been used for many many things throughout the years, including video games, movies (fighting scenes) etc.
