This boy is a central striker. He likes to be physical and isn't scared to shoot. Looks exciting.
We could potentially put Danilo in the 10 role as the CAM, he played there for Feyenoord as well as striker, linking the play with Igamane upfront and Cortes RW and a LW in as well. Or Igamane can also play LW and Cortes RW with Danilo as striker. Could be very good upfront in the new season. We need a LW in but there are potentially strong options in the forward areas now.
We really must fix that defence though as Tav, Goldson, Souttar cost us at times defensively. Souttar is on a low wage and is fine for cover, but we must have better than Tav and Goldson defensively if we are to have a chance at the title. For me I would have Sterling at RB, but we need cover for him and we need 2 new starting centrebacks in, with Balogun, Nsiala and Souttar as cover.

Another 2- 3 goals on those stats would give me more confidence , but if he had more i suspect bigger spending teams would be intrested in him , another striker who gets involved is a positive though

I agree. And they haven't even started their business really. They will cherry pick 3 or 4 players north of 5 million and again we will be left chasing I feel. We may need to be patient with the team Clement is going to build. If the style of football radically changes and we look like we are on the right track then that might be what we will have to accept for a season.
Hope the lad does well but still feel we need a finisher to lead line

Remember Matondo.... that's what everyone said after seeing him in preseason 2 seasons ago. Same as every single other signing.. lammers was the next Laudrup. Maybe if the 🦭 were to say its the sh*ts all of the signings are the sh*ts then perhaps they will turn out good. Because so far, every single summer we hear how great these players are and what they are gonna do and they just don't!

I hope the work is being done off the field to make sure this lad settles- he’s the most exciting so far. Plenty to work on but you can see how his value could rise quick with good coaching and simple improvements.

I just want my strikers to be strikers. When it's said they can play up front or on the wing they usually just don't have a strong position and struggle to find a place in the team

So I've said this before and will do so again;
It is all well and good looking at the stats etc but real, actual football is NOT played on paper/computers.
Yes those stats can give you an insight into a player but they cannot tell you the whole story.
I'm excited about all our signings. They are young and keen no doubt, to go further in their careers and they see Rangers as a stepping stone* in that journey.
Welcome to the club Hamza and as I always say: all we, the fans, ask for is that he gives 100% in every game and if he does that, we will back him 100%.
*To me, to all of us, Rangers is the biggest club in the world but taking our blue tinted specs off, we must accept that financially we are considered perhaps, not minnows, but certainly not in the "big league" of clubs financially.

Morelos was and is crap he just swung his leg at the ball. He worked hard but he's never even been good enough to warm the bench of any half decent team we've had since the 80's.
Dessers is defo away, he didn’t travel to Holland with the team. He’s had 2 offers that we’ve accepted so now it’s up to him where he goes. But we’ve made an apparent profit on him.
