I am always saying WE GOT THIS in real life and online. We all have our own struggles and I believe we can get through anything together. When I was diagnosed with cancer in September, I thought this was my own struggle but I realised my cancer has affected everyone around me. I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a sister, a friend, a cousin, a grand daughter & more. I know my journey has affected everyone around me and I know now more than ever that I have no choice but to get better. Whatever life throws at us, we are going to get through it together. Past week has been a lot to take in. Appointment with the radiotherapy team and then the surgical team. I am preparing for what is to come and I just have to trust the process & trust God. Hi Tiffany, my name is Nez and I'm a cancer survivor. 6 years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 2 nasopharyngeal carsinoma, a form of head and neck cancer. My treatments involved 35 sessions of radiation in conjunction with chemotherapy and my treatments were done within one month. When I first found out about my treatments, I freaked out. The thought of doing radiation and chemotherapy in one day just sounded scary to me, but I had no choice. I endured having to go through radiation every day for 5 minutes and every week for chemo. It was harsh, I had to be hospitalized at one time because my platelets we're low and I also had to undergo blood transfusion, but I survived all that. How? What got me through? Many things. My faith in God, my will to live, the love and support of my family and the strength I never knew I had. A year ago, I reached my 5 year mark and I was officially declared cured by my doctor. Now I'm living my life as if cancer never happened. I've been cancer free for six years. You can do this!!!! Stay positive and always stay strong.
You will make it honey, I had colon cancer , I really went through it, after surgery it was really bad for me . I was 52 years old ,you are younger so that’s GREAT. You have the same cancer as I did. Hang in there. I have been watching you, and I love you ! God cares …. I will be praying for you.

Life is genuinely unfair and hard. It just depends on how we deal with lifes cards that's been given to us. I'm going through my 6th chemo for my relapse of neuroblastoma. Then I too have radiation and then immunotherapy. God is in control and hopefully all goes well. The road ahead maybe scary but I do know that we'll get through this. 💙

I went through chemo, radiation, and surgery, and now it's just a memory. I ignored signs Too busy with work or with elderly parents. I have forgiven myself.

It's OK to cry. It lets out tough emotions and helps you then move forward. You are very brave. You bring us with you to appointments and discuss such hard things right away. You don't have to share everything so quickly or ever. I remember the impact of new results and plans when my husband had cancer. Hearing it at first was so hard. After a few days, we were better able to process the information and make new plans. I remember one time when we got some bad news. I made plans for us for a beautiful weekend away. Pamper yourselves before the radiation starts.

When my youngest daughter is worried about something, she will call me and say”Mom Am I going to be okay tomorrow”? I say, you are going to be great tomorrow “. That’s the way it is, she’s a very intelligent overthinker. She usually says “thanks mama. You could ask your mom or your boyfriend a question like that🙂 and take some time away from worrying. You are going to be okay. You can take a break from over thinking sometimes. You definitely GOT THIS❣️❤️

Hey sweet lady. Firstly your hair looks beautiful! It looks so healthy. Your explanation of where the tumour is invading was so well done. One thing you said has stuck in my head and I think everyone shld take note of it. You said about worrying about a getting a house and money. When you have a massive health scare it puts everything in perspective. I honestly think you will beat this and I have a feeling the radiation treatment is not going to be anywhere near as bad as you think it will be. Draw that strength from deep inside you love and keep fighting

@@tiffanythinks we do!! i know it. while i have never had a life threatening illness like you do, my mental health journey has been rough. and i know all of us lifting you up is AMAZING, i would like to say that asking for help from a therapist or finding a support group for folks with cancer can do wonders. i was in a support group for my addiction stuff and it really changed my life. asking for this kind of help and support is not a show of weakness it is a show of strength
I noticed your hair, and I absolutely love the cut, it really isn't too short! W/this cut, its easier to see your face, your features, your longer hair was hiding your beautiful face. This is wonderful!

Hi Tiff, my 6 yr old went through 11 weeks of Radiation on her Hwad, Neck & Lungs whilst on treatment.
It does get hard but you WILL get through it !
I constantly had to tell myself 'This is only temporary.'
Makes sure you always have Zofran on hand & rest, rest, rest.

Give yourself a few days to process and grieve. then take one day. one treatment at a time you do have a choice! take back your control by not allowing negative "what ifs and could be's"... make a vision board of your tumor getting smaller with every treatment. you have the ability to manifest getting a small tumor that can easily be removed and you will get through this because you want to, because you're not ready to stop living. Let Matt and Amma process their sadness and fear but then take it a day at a time. trust me, you're young, you'll be healthy again. don't let "cancer" rob you of anything else find your peace. ok enough of my "mom talk We all got you, you got this!💙

Praying everyday for you Tiffany. My six year old cousin has cancer and she is going through chemotherapy and radiation. And on the 8 of this month she is going to have surgery to remove the tumor. My little cousin has two types of cancer. You got this Tiffany. It’s okay to feel sad or scared. My little cousin says I am going to kick the cancer in the butt. And I am going to get through this. I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in January of 2021 I have done 16 cycles of chemo & had a mastectomy in September of 2021. I also started radiation last month which will go into March 🤦♀️ So I understand exactly how you feel. Cancer is hard to deal with & accept, Cancer sucks & will literally try to steal everything from you BUT I admire your strength, courage & outlook of things. I pray for you & hope that you continue to have the strength to get thru this. I have days where I breakdown but not matter what cancer can't steal my hope & faith. 🙏
Tiffany yours are the only vlogs I have found tolerable to watch after going through some health issues myself right now. Keep your faith strong in God. He has written your destiny. I believe hard work plus prayer equals success. You are doing all the hard work with your treatments. In terms of diet, I personally would try to fight the cancer by cutting out all common inflammatory foods (wheat gluten dairy high sugar highly processed). Eat lots of meat and vegetables. Terry Wahls gives info on this. Keep doing your prayers and keep positive. Your loved ones are here for you through good and bad, that is what love is, and it is a blessing to care for someone. Keep your chin up. Btw hair looks beautiful. We got this :) x
Tiffany: Love the hair. People are correct. Radiation is the easy part. Doesn’t hurt at all. Just big beams that zero in on the area. You can get a sun burn after. Ask your doctor what you can put on it. Don’t worry about your surgery until you get there. A lot can change with your tumor during radiation. Keep positive. No one deserves cancer. You have a lot of support. Use them when you need to. You and your entire family are in my prayers. You got this. 💙

Tiffany, there are so many out there who think that 'strong' means being a bully. More than ever I see being a bully is weak. You are the definition of strong. You keep moving forward but are never afraid to cry and show that you have breaking points. You are never afraid to love and be concerned about others around you while you hurt. You are the strongest person I ever met. Thank you for being a role model for me on how to be both a strong and caring person.

Sometimes, it is best not to do too much research. When I was diagnosed, I did not want to know anything. I know everyone is different. My sister used to tell me to take a notebook when I was seeing a consultant and take notes. I could not be bothered! Wish you all the best with radiotherapy
Everyone’s journey is different. Just take it day by day and don’t fret about what could happen because most of it won’t happen. Sending you lots of healing hugs. 🤗

I am positive you will get better. You’re family, Matt, and your mother and everyone is praying for you to heal. My brother survived colon cancer and kidney cancer. My cousin is a leukemia survivor. I will keep you in my prayers.
I am praying for you. I went through colon resection and then 6 months of chemotherapy. Now I am still working on getting my red and white blood counts back up. This includes iron infusions and booster shots of zarxio. My bone marrow might have been affected by the chemo but my doctor is going to give it a liitle more time to recuperate. I have my one year follow up colonoscopy at the end of this month, so naturally I am very anxious. Anxiety seems to be just a way of life for cancer patients. I am so glad that you have such a loving group of family, friends and followers to support you through this most trying time in your life. You are certainly loved by many people.

Hi Tiffany, they always tell you the very worst scenarios and it's only based on statistics. Truly, my Mom had stage 4 cancer. The doctors told us it would be a matter of months. She lived 21 more years!! Pray, pray, pray! God bless you honey! We've got this!

Husband currently 6 weeks daily Radiation, chemo every Friday, 5 sessions. Sunday & Monday have been his hardest days. Just extremely tired and low appetite. Other than that he has tolerated it pretty well.

My (almost) daughter in law had radiation for breast cancer. Her fear and anxiety was much worse than the radiation. My guess is you will be more tired. And the body heals while you sleep so naps will be perfect for you over the next five weeks. And the doctor was so right on: you’re such a lovely person. I think the whole Tiffany Thinks family should visualize your tumor shrinking while we say a little prayer. Love you! 💙

I must tell you Tiffany that in everyone’s cancer journey there are up’s and downs but god always gives us the strength to keep fighting. I am praying for you and all cancer patients to keep fighting through this journey and there will be a light at the end of the tunnel. I pray that god takes your hand and walk this path with you 💕

You embrace every day with a positive attitude and eventhough your scared knowing the great risks treatment puts your body in, your still strong with lots of love around you. Good for you kiddo. You've got this and we've got you! I tell my patients all the time they can't fight alone. Lean on others to make it to survival ♡
