I'm generally not a fan of cyborgs for something like this. Bit of a difference too as generally cyborgs need to be living organisms with robotic replacements like Robocop, but not a robot like Terminator. The big question is whether cyborg(or robot) Hulk is better than regular Hulk. It's not. Usually you can't change the original and make it better because it's derivative and dilutes it. Death of Superman, Albert robot(Wolverine), Cyber Akuma and Cyborg Spidey spring to mind, and only Albert and Cyber Akuma are cool. I like your version more but Hulk generally has an amazing healing factor, plus Hulkbuster parts would probably have a lot of red and gold. I would actually buy a 1/4 scale Cyber Akuma though... I have a regular Akuma and love it, but Cyber Akuma was enhanced by Apocalypse and is one of the hardest bosses(he was in Marvel Super Heroes vs Streetfighter).
How about Red Hulk use Hulk's cell to power T-Hulk-800 to go back in time so that young Bruce can be Hulk or the universe will be doomed...again, of course. And, of course, the last epic fight will be Hulk team up with T-Hulk-800 fighting hundreds of cyborg Hulk from futureS. "On your left" Then, they saw Sam Wilson got 1 hit into pieces. Galactus join for the energy they hold. Living Tribunal finally show up and the page turned. Evil round ears is looking at a website. He clicked "report". All have been deleted. That universe is no more.
I would keep it, Cosmic / Cyber Hulk looks badass. You can't help but stop and look at it. Pair him against your favorite Hulk statue and call it a day.)
There was a story close to what you opened with, in the Starship Hulk run by Donny Cates, Ryan Ottley he got into a fight with the Hulkbuster armor. Tony trapped one of his arms in an adamantium cage, the Hulk ripped off his own arm, and used a Hulkbuster arm while his own arm was healing underneath.
It's super unique, I know he's not Bruce but was made entirely by his fellow nerds, but it's kinda interesting if it was the real Hulk replacing his limbs with robotics is basically always gonna be a downgrade lol.
Strange character overall, but really cool. Keep or sell, I'd lean more to sell. Good choice getting rid of the telephone lines. Your story was better.
Never read the story line of this character but it is a far reaching storyline to try and introduce another menacing conflict within the Marvel universe. Personally like the Venomising of everything or anyone I'm not too impressed with the character. Although it would be interesting if it was a symbiote who had taken possession of the mechanical monster. As far as the sculpt of this Cyborg type Hulk. It shouldn't have a torn shirt or pants as if there was a tearing of the clothes do to growth metamorphosis. It was created already that size to begin with, so there shouldn't have been any shirt residual on him and his pants should not be so torn. This mechanical construction looks like the Thing or Colossus could easily defeat him without difficulty. In the defense of the sculptor this Hulk shouldn't have veins showing because it really doesn't have real muscle, just synthetic skin tissue so not showing any defined veins would be accurate. For the concept, it is an incredible attempt to properly create this character. I think it is a very interesting piece non the less. Who knows, maybe by connecting the telephone wires the were used as recycled work of art. You might still be able to get a long distance call go through the Cyborg Hulk. Then that would be incredible indeed. This piece is for the die hard Hulk fans that follow the storyline religiously. Congratulations on getting it and having it in your collection. Curious, you briefly mentioned the other recent custom cyborg hulk, wondering why you said you didn’t like it? Based on other unboxing vids, it looks better than this one imo.
As one of the few nerds that got both cyborgs, the claw on this one really puts it over. That said, the shine they put on the other cyborgs metal makes that piece very worth it. I have both displayed and while people mention "oh cool, two robot hulks" they quickly note how very different they are. Even the hulk portrait interpretations and way the metal is presented separate them. Ps: was not a fan of the silly wire add ons either. I thought it was a missed opportunity to just add three or four small green blinking lights in the base the aim at the hulk. To give it a feel of warning lights going off. Uplighting this piece also helps it alot.
