WORKOUT LIST:
1. Barbell Bent Over Row, 3 sets 5 reps
2. Wide Grip Pull Down, 3 sets 5 reps
3. Seated Rows, 3 sets 5 reps each side
4. Barbell Curl, 3 sets 5 reps
5. Incline DB Curl, 3 sets 5-6 reps each arm
6. Concentration Curl, 3 sets 5-6 reps each arm
