Man i was one of the best hook player is my school untill i lost against one dude i realized his hands were short and fast he took me like a baby after 4 months i shifted to toproll i am good at strength i can pronate with belt 25 kg with ease for reps and i am also good at pullups( 30 kg one rep max) my arms quite long than my height now good at toproll i just lack techniques Sometimes i lose to ppl who can't pronate 10 kg Ur videos are improving my techniques and helping a lot thnx
