After reading all of the comments, it appears that IHSS needs to hire an IT person. I'm not going to even try to register because experience has shown me that if even one thing is wrong, it can screw up everything. I need my paycheck so I'll just continue with the paper forms until they tell me I have to go to e format.
Would like paper time sheets back doing this new way of putting hours is very difficult my hours are not matching up correctly having problems and very frusted with this new way of doing hours iam very frustrated with this

The recipient needs the IHSS Case Number, a Registration Code (sent to the recipient by mail) and a self-created 4 digits Pass Code (for registration by phone only) or a self-created password (for registration online) in order to register. After the recipient has registered, then the website will show you the electronic time sheet to fill out. 1/ Go to www.etimesheets.ihss.ca.gov/login 2/ Type in your user Name and password. Click Login. 3/ Click on the TIME SHEET ENTRY box. 4/ A box showing the name, ID number of your recipient and the most recent payment will appear (It takes quite a while for it to appear.) . Click on a circle with an arrow inside on the right of the box . 5/ A "Pay Period - Payment Type" box appears. Click on the "V" on the right of the box to see the choices of time sheet.
was anyone able to register. when registered, it kept give me error "Matching IHSS provider not found. All fields must match payroll information." - I double and triple check the entry and all were correct.
@@michellele1969 I’m having that same issue I’m trying to but it does not let me. I’m getting that same message as you. I was told by the man at the training that we are supposed to get a letter in the mail just like the recipient receives the letter that they where approved for IHSS and the amount of hours they where given and approved for. I’m guessing it’s why I can’t register right now because I’m not fully in the system yet and I’m not linked yet to my recipient. I was gonna give it until next Friday July 22 for me to receive something from them by the mail. If not I was gonna call.

HyE_BRZ going on a month and a half with this exact issue. Helpline says we are not linked up in the system as recipient and provider. IHSS local office says we are, I even sent her screenshots showing them we are not. I know they are understaffed but at some point somebody has to do something
This is stupid asf. I recieved a letter saying i have been officially enrolled as an ihss provider and to sign up but i dont have a provider number. I like the timesheets better than this bs.
It appears that someone from IHSS needs to get on this site and answer the simple questions being asked.

If you try and register online before you're provider information is in the computer system it will give you that message.
