Great locations and scanning movement for beam shots. Excellent comparison, the best I’ve ever seen. Thank you

Thanks TobyCostaRica...it's been a learning curve, but I hope that it helps. As you know, the beams look better in person than on video.

After watching various L35 videos, including this one, I decided to stick with buying L35 version 1. The strongest reason is that version 1 has a color temperature of 5000K. Yes, that's the reason.
And I am quite happy with version 1, which is slightly more floody than version 2.

That beam color just gave me a mental flashback of ny neutral white TN 12. Nice, forgot about that

The L35 2.0 is my new EDC light and bed side light.

After accumulating over a dozen lights, the L35 2.0 is my go-to. The L19 2.0 is its fun sidekick, so I usually have both with me in the car. The E70 stays within reach, too. The E70 bounces off the ceiling nicely and is a good bed side lamp.

L35 2.0 for the win! (except for the 6500K tint, it needs to be somewhere closer to the 4000K to 5000K range)

    Great comparison.
Only major upgrade to tint, sacrifice a bit of flood for midrange performance, probably more useful in lower modes

I wish they used the 90CRI version of the XHP 70.3 in 4000k or 5000k

Why have acbeam not listened to the customer again ? Out of the l35 v1 the warm one was the 1 everyone loved. The l35 5000k was the only good light acebeam ever made, so they remake the 6000k version... absolute nonsense

Not everyone likes the softer kinder light.

The l35 v1 have a more better tint and flood tan v2. But the v2 have a more better balanced beam. I can look a more clear images.
