Luisa wanted to use him, not help with the work. She betrayed him, didn't really say what she wanted to move him to Miami. She lied to him about coming to Miami for work. But he came, no job, only incoherent talk. Mohamed is concrete and tells it like it is. He said he wants to come for work, never said he wants to come for love. Then love would have developed, if she had been honest and helped him, I think, because he liked her looks and helpfulness. But she ruined it for herself or she didn't like him and didn't want to help,. Unserious.
