Thanks for the video. Very helpful and educational. The downside of the bottled water is that is plastic and some people like my husband leave the water in the car and plastic release toxins

We have 715 ppm Sodium after drilling a new well at 180ft, it has been running 1min every 30 mins for several days, we let it rest for a few days, no pumping, and started it back up, The TDS is 2290 straight out of the well, no filters. We are running it through Springwell Airator then 4 inch 5 Micron sediment / Maganess filter, and next is the Springwell softener set at 6 grand and then it gets hit with some UV. Still we are lightly salty at the sink, so I ordered the SimPurt T1 400 RO ststrem. I'm assuming I could run to a 200 Gallon holding tank with float switch, we typically use 100GPD. Thoughs. My TDS meter should be here tomorrow.

I installed the UV version of this in an off-grid setting and submitted a water test to our local public health agency. It still had bacteria in the water.
Any suggests on the cause? Power is working to the unit (the pump cycles). How else can I tell if the UV is working? Any other ideas?
All water line after the pump was new, flushed according to the installation instructions.

In addition to having a faucet for drinking water, can I hook this up to an ice maker at the same time (for use in small pub)?

Contacted you guys multiple times regarding flow pressure/flowrate (less than 16oz/minute) and never got any response. I have the 6 stage system. Any idea why this is happening?

Never attach the RO wastewater line directly to a drain as instructed, doing so will allow filth and bacteria and fungi to grow inside the line on the clean water side of the RO filter. Eventually, these growths will reach the filter housing and infect your water.
Always attach the wastewater line to an air-gap device to prevent this.

Hi we also offer a check valve to work as a air-gap

@@simpurelife Hi, I have ordered this model and waiting arrival. Is the check valve attached by default or should I take precaution when connecting the waste water to drain directly?

Can this also be installed for a refrigerator. What I mean is can it only be installed for a refrigerator rather than under the sink? If not, do you know of a RO system that can be installed for a refrigerator?

Yes, but you may have to plan to lose your deposit OR leave the system behind.

Hi there, of course! You can have the T1-400 UV RO System in your apartment under the kitchen sink. It is super easy to install and saves 70% space under sinks. But if you're renting the apartment, we suggest you buy our SimPure Y7P countertop RO System, which requires no installation.
