Oh my goodness, I have NEVER felt lyrics that aligned so perfectly with how I felt. The idea of having sheltered parents, living a life where I gaslit myself into thinking being lonely was “good” and “better” for me, and now here I am with pretty much no friends as an adult, and a severe lack of social skills. And with my one best friend, I felt like I bought her friendship, or forced myself onto her when we were younger, and now it’s by suppressing all of my hobbies and interests around her (since we don’t have a lot of common interests) that I have managed to somehow keep that friendship hanging by a thread. Most of my depression is a result of loneliness as of now, but I like to live under the facade that it’s ok because I have social anxiety, and if just be better off not talking to anyone.
I’m so excited the new EP tomorrow! I love your music so much, it has helped me a lot and I honestly don’t know what I would do without it. I love you Robbie ❤

i love the crochet/knitted hat, the fit, the animation to the seashell phone. underwater is also another thing i can associate to being alone, as its great & you can be in your own world like a sea globe, it can also feel isolating as indicated. i love this art.
It's so easy to isolate yourself and feel alone and feel like you need that in order to sort things out. But at least for me, reaching out has always been a part of healing. Nothing I've ever done has been completely alone
