Despite making it seem like Peppino is being hurt, lava simply is not a damage source for the end-of-level tally, the score, or the combo timer.
I had no idea you could skip the enemies when going for a p rank, I had been wiping levels clean of everything you could interact with except for a few stray points i kept missing. 2:11:37 you got hit by the cheese spike there, game even gave you s for being hit by it, This shouldn't have counted yet you apparently got a P rank? No way to even confirm if it counted as damage because you have the Dark Cook skin on.

@@therealjaydengamer4900 Lava doesn't count as damage, it counts as a transformation. Notice how you also don't lose combo nor points whenever you touch lava. Despite making it seem like Peppino is being hurt, lava simply is not a damage source for the end-of-level tally, the score, or the combo timer.

I had no idea you could skip the enemies when going for a p rank, I had been wiping levels clean of everything you could interact with except for a few stray points i kept missing.
2:11:37 you got hit by the cheese spike there, game even gave you s for being hit by it, This shouldn't have counted yet you apparently got a P rank? No way to even confirm if it counted as damage because you have the Dark Cook skin on.
They mentioned in the description Pizza Face doesn't have a P-rank, therefore he doesn't exactly count.
@@GrooveStorm15 why list it then in the video? Hell, the question of whether they even would've P-ranked it in this video's put into question when they got hit during the phase transition of phase 1 to 2.
@@drakath5727 Pizzaface is just an extra bit in this video because it would be weird not to include him as part of the transition to the finale. I didn't rerecord the fight because I actually didn't notice that I got hit until after I uploaded.

Gonna be honest i just watch these to hear all the cool music and relax, in fact just woke up few minutes ago and was at the end of the war level music so i can say it helps, but still watch it everynow and then cause it's pizza tower which i love by the way amazing job on getting p rank on everything they must have taken a long time to get

Here's a tip for the pepperman boss. If he is doing that 4th attack (aka the groundpound and flying thingy) you can uppercut him!
tip #2 for the phase 2 of boss fight. when you have to make the sculptures. do it 3 times. wait for pepperman to run past you. then finish the sculpture (aka hit it 3 times)
Bet'cha didn't know that the 2nd phase of the sculptures can tank 6 hits.

this game launches in like 480p and had 3D jumpscares cut from Don't Make a Sound for performance, I don't think it requires "the setup"

You'd think the hitbox on Pepperman's shoulder bash would be way bigger, but it's fairly small in actuality. Looks weird but whatever works for the P rank. =P
