This information is incredible! With hope, I keep listening and listening to Knowledge Words, and I vow over and over to keep realizing that everything is just an illusion and nothing needs to be done. All the ceaseless pain is coming from my own mind and in a continuous fountain. Yet from Knowledge Words, I am assured that the key to freedom is simply to quiet my mind. Silence is the solution. I keep trying to achieve silence, but I fail continually. Once I quiet my mind through meditation, it automatically starts back up again with the nonsense. Is it unavoidable to suffer unending cycles of saṃsāra in the here and now? I surrender everything - how can I win free?
what kind of thoughts do you have? I had similar feelings to what you described, and my pathologically low self-confidence and low self-esteem appear to be the source of the problem so far. realizing that I am infinitely valuable and that I need to trust myself has helped a lot. it is worthwhile for everyone to go back in their thoughts to their childhood and think about and process the events afterwards, because in everyone's case there are certainly things that they incorrectly accepted as true or legitimate, and life will reflect these beliefs continuously later on. contrary to the advice of many fancy coaches, becoming aware of the trauma itself is a huge step, and it is only an added advantage if you can believe in yourself that you deserve the best of everything. because it is so! and if self-esteem is in place, then your life will also start in a direction where you will not suffer, I am thinking here about work, which may have been unconsciously forced on you by others, you are not even following your own path, or toxic friends and relatives. you have free will and truly, YOU ARE CALLED FOR THE BEST OF ALL. If these are in order, then the recurring restless thoughts will also go away
@@hallsmeister Thank you for this thoughtful response. You are correct and I agree with you that my self-esteem is virtually non-existent from repeatedly being humiliated and terrorized in childhood. I grew up and became a cancer specialist and athlete, but the low self-esteem would not resolve. Consequently, I have been continually taken advantage of by low-vibrational individuals, especially exploitative, opportunistic women. I'll keep trying through maintaining human connection with high-vibrational people, like you, and concerted transcendental meditation.

Don’t try to stop the mind. As you can’t. Just observe your thoughts, with the knowing that you are not your thoughts.you are separate from them. Some times I will walk about my day, and talk about myself as a 3rd person. Eg) I will notice feelings,and say feelings are arising in that body. I will notice thoughts in my mind, but say I notice thoughts arising in that body. This allows me to view myself as separate from these thoughts and feelings which are not ours, but the natural arising of a body, which has preset responses.

My dad used to call people who were lying or being fake "phony". This was long before cell phones. I don't know where his generation coined this term. Maybe the future influenced the past and this is evidence? I might be blind to something obvious.
If you would only show commercials at the beginning and the end, I would watch them to help you out. Because, the interruptions during a meditative talk is very abrasive and no one watches them.
Could you give another definition for the great mind? Because i've always thought of the mind as a negative thing
