Beamtech is a lot better than Carifex, and cheaper. Convenience is not always better, Beamtech wins as it is more secure. LED plug in bulbs in reflector headlamps are not a good solution as it is not designed to be in one and the illumination long distance wise is actually worse compared to Halogen bulbs in a reflector type headlamps.
Anyway, good video about the comparison or not even one as BeamTech wins it right away due to cost and waterproofing.

I'm sold me on the Beamtechs. What upgraded headlight assemblies do you recommend?
I haven't really explored any to be honest. I like these OEM replacements better than the euro style lenses I had on it previously. I haven't done any research on upgraded lenses, but I would look into projector style if you want to get the most out of the LED. I got these because they were cheap. I just did a quick search and didn't see any projector options for this truck. Maybe if I searched longer than 30seconds I might find them, haha. But I will probably end up just doing some roof-mounted HIDs or something
I just got in a set of CARIFEX and they are much nicer than the ones your are showing and only $17.99 (high beam only).
So what do you do for low beam? On a Ranger, it's one bulb that handles both.

I took the Carifex out. I liked the beamtech better

i got mine for $30 dont know where you get $200 on amazon
The list price on their website is $199 and they put a sale price of $99. On Amazon they sell for $30. Kinda sketchy.
