When photographing nature scenery, i often want to take a picture with the precisely correct zoom, to get a nice image composition, with just the parts that i want. With the phones that use multiple lenses (and lower resolution for their zoom lenses) you have to use digital zoom to adjust your zoom to get the picture you want. I will stick to my K Zoom for now - hoping there comes a better alternative soon. I dont understand why such phones are so uncommon. I have never seen them in my country, and have to order them online. Maybe ill just buy a regular camera instead...

Smartphones should come back to this setup to replace dedicated lens for zoom, telephoto and a main camera sensor. One main big camera sensor like DSLR setup on a smartphone. Slap on a secondary camera which can work like a macro and wide angle. So just 2 camera. Heavy but, a good camera.

Accidenti P40pro quanta roba è? Veramente da tenere in considerazione, appena il prezzo scende, peccato per i GMS non presenti.
A me è piaciuto molto Huawei.
Sicuramente un ottimo terminale. Io sul mio ho installato i GMS e va tutto perfettamente!

I've been only in my home for 2 months now
Don't know if anyone will see this, as the video is 2 years old, but I wish that they would bring this back, with the an *ACTUAL* camera lens! As the traditional camera lens is *NOT* and *NEVER* will be as good a proper camera lens! No matter how much these companies tout how good their cameras are! (This goes for the 14 pro too! As well as the current s23 ultra whatever) Reasoning is because how I don't like how your not allowed to bring proper cameras into concerts and are forced to use your crappy phone camera! Like ok the whole "hiding bombs" in them and whatever, but I'm not using my phone camera! - especially as it's quite dark in a concert and zooming in is terrible and I bet the 14 pro's camera is not great compared to a proper camera. So, dose anyone have any apps that would give a similar result to an actual camera? (My phone is a nearly 5 year old s9 - exynos variant (the pro mode dosen't seem to have anything about hdr or a sports mode and?) and my actual camera is a Canon powershot sx60hs) Or any editing apps? As even hdr in phone cameras isn't real hdr. Ugh, been feeling extremely frustrated😞 I could go on and on, but this will just turn into a hissy fit🥴

È più una impressione. Ha sicuramente un bilanciamento del bianco più caldo. Però non è così innaturale come sembra. Sembra molto giallo perché è paragonato a K Zoom che da parte sua è più freddo della realtà.

It's really impressive but why the P40 Pro looks oversarphened on every 10x zoom? Haha. That's a thing Huawei needs to correct a little bit, true?
Because 10x on Huawei is 5x optical with 2x digital! On Samsung Galaxy K Zoom the zoom is 10x optical! So there is much to do with the software on the Huawei whereas on the Samsung the software has nothing to do to achieve a good 10x zoom photo because the lens is 10x optical itself. It's normal. The only way to not look oversharpened on Huawei is to get a real 10x optical zoom....so we'll see if the p40pro+ will be the game changer!

P40pro has 5x optical and 10x hybrid (50x max digital). P40pro+ has 10x optical and 20x hybrid (100x max digital).
