Last summer I did an epic out-and-back hike in the Glacier Peak Wilderness. Along the way, I painted as much as I could, including a MASSIVE 44inch long watercolor painting while fending off mosquitos and making sure the page didn't blow away in random gusts of wind. Special thanks to Tim Billo and his students in the "Wilderness in the Anthropocene" course at the University of Washington for letting me shadow their hike!
