    블루베리가 들어가서 더 상큼하고 맛있는 무스 케이크라니 비주얼도 너무 예쁘고 저도 꼭 만들어 먹어보고 싶은 영상이네요. 여러가지 초콜릿 장식이 들어가니 더욱 예쁘고 맛있어보여요.

    Can I use gelatin powder instead of sheets? How much would I need?

      Most recipes I find usually convert a tablespoon of gelatin powder to 3-4 sheets (say a teaspoon is 1 sheet for simplicity) :) I've switched it up before and it works!

      Я вообще "подсела" на мусс. Бисквитные редко стала выпекать. Обожаю такой лиловый цвет. В сочетании с белым шоколадом просто фантастика! Наверно сегодня попробую, только из винограда "Изабелла". Сейчас смотрю на свой бисквит темно-зеленого цвета (бархат делала), а на нем буквы из белого шоколада. Тоже обалденно!

    I have a few questions:
    1. What strength gelatin sheet?
    2. At 2:00, how long do you wait for the blueberry puree to cool before pouring over frozen dessert
    3. How do you make blueberry puree?

      Hi, I think I can help a bit with your questions.
      In my opinion, 180-200 bloom is good. You can either buy blueberry puree, or use frozen or fresh one (then later you blend or mashed it and strain of there any seeds). Hope this can help a bit :D

      1 sheet of leaf/sheet gelatin would correspond to about 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of powdered gelatin.

      it is a teaspoon of agar agar instead of the sheet of gelatin - that is the standard ratio

    1. Freeze jelly for how long?
    2. Refrigerate mousse for Joe long too?

      For the jelly, it will take only 1-2 hours to make it firm. They are small so its super fast. For the mouse to eat, I would say keep it 3 days maximum. Otherwise the taste won’t be good 😝
