Hi, I think I can help a bit with your questions. In my opinion, 180-200 bloom is good. You can either buy blueberry puree, or use frozen or fresh one (then later you blend or mashed it and strain of there any seeds). Hope this can help a bit :D

For the jelly, it will take only 1-2 hours to make it firm. They are small so its super fast. For the mouse to eat, I would say keep it 3 days maximum. Otherwise the taste won’t be good 😝
