Good morning Jane, it was a most enjoyable outing, then meeting up with Patrick & Stuart. There were many interesting items offered, but, I agree you need to be quite selective with the items you buy. There were some things I would really not consider buying. It was a long session, hopefully you met up for a chat at one of the chateau's afterwards. Looking forward to your next video it will be the big reveal of the new room, which will be suitable for any occasion. Sometimes I would like to just go somewhere nice and special, away from the usual, a weekend at your place would be ideal, just to get yourself together again with a bit of extravagance. Do take care, many blessings.
Great Brocante adventure today Jane.🎉 Well all the boys bought items. I think Jane just filmed and looked. In Cda we would call this outdoor market a FLEA MARKET. I NOTICED SOME INTERESTING ITEMS BUT ALOT OF JUNKY STUFF. HOWEVERVTHIS IS WHST U GET FROM PPL JUST CLEANING OUT INWANTED STUFF. U HAD A GREAT DAY🎉
Thanks Jane and Tony for the stroll among the goodies. Lovely for you to catch up with Patrick and Stuart. Glad there wasn't too much temptation in your way. You must all have a good idea of prices now.
I really enjoyed how you filmed the antiques! You went slow and zoomed in on the items staying focused on them for a few seconds! I also liked hearing you talk about the things rather than playing music. It was a nice! I felt like I was there!
I like hearing the people speaking French in the background.. makes me feel like I am at a French brocante! We have a local store called The Paris Market.. in which they buy cool French things but they are so expensive and nothing that I could use but we love going into the shop and usually just get a tea or a macaroon❤
Thanks Jane and Tony, I enjoyed that wee jaunt around the brocante. Nice to see you meet up with Patrick and Stuart. I thought that bed head was a good price Tony bought. X😘🇨🇮
Thank you, Jane. I enjoyed this so much. Only thing better would be to have been at the brocante with you all. Terry missed out on this one, I saw several things he's looking for.
Reminds me of the summertime market in Kyiv...one long street...full of everything from housewares to wonderful oil paintings done by local artists. I miss those free days of brocante wandering.
I can't imagine how that feels Chil, my birthday is the 24th February, what a horrible day that was 2 years ago, but I hope the vlog brought you maybe some happy memories, sending love your way, thank you for watching and commenting xx
OK so the flower looking silver item I think was a olive pit receiver. If olives were served at a meal the pits would be put on each petal and when picked up you would flip it and the pits would go into the "bell" so they didn't get dropped. That's my guess. I wish you asked because it's going to drive me insane until I know the real answer. LOL 😊 I love brocante videos so I can see unique items.
Oh my! At 33:49 you went past a hat-pin holder very like one my grandmother had, that had belonged to her mother! Haven't seen one of those in ages! Thanks for showing it. Looking forward to the big reveal. I went out between rain showers to check my snowdrops, 14 up so far. Do you have any yet?
Some nice things there Jane, its seems that the prices of items have gone up to what they use to be?Loved the decorative piece that Tony bought. Nice to see Patrick and Stuart there also. Loved watching. See you Friday cannot wait for the reveal🥰 Thankyou for sharing Jane 🥰
Jane, thank you so much for taking me along. My favorite thing was the bathing beauty in the yellow swimsuit at the beginning in the display case. I love those display cases. Great video.
Great stroll through the town, some very beautiful items. Thanks for the vicarious outing, it’s raining here and supposed to continue for the next couple of days! Stay safe, healthy and happy!
I thought the table you saw first was great value considering the price of Ikea items ! Also there was a little vintage coat hanger that would look great in a bathroom for towels but i don't think you spotted it .
Thank you Jane and Tony for taking us to a brocante and meeting up with your besties Patrick and Stuart it was lovely take care and see you soon 💕🤗
Our pleasure Carole x

It was lovely to tag along with you all. Some lovely things, but I agree the prices seemed high on some. The table for 230€ did catch my eye.❤
I totally agree Peter but we know this is an expensive one to buy things, it is all professionals selling here, but they have some nice stuff
That was quite the stroll of treasures, I recognize that lum of wood Tony carried all day 😉.
It was another one, but yes Tony

The man selling the African statues may have been able to explain their cultural significance.
I should have asked, but it may have been complicated for me to understand the reply!
